I take magpies forever point however i think a bit differently. I think Hastings as a hybred lock/half worked wel l& gave us a POD to other teams. Also take the point of not being able to carry a utility. I know we dont have Garner or Cheekam anymore , but what about someone in that mold or even Talua to cover second row/centre postition?

Why not have four forwards on the bench with Jackson playing lock. If a back gets injured offa moves to lock and JH replaces back.

Not all of them great, Moses, Munster, Hunt, Milford?, walker, brown, Hastings,AD, mmbye, Arthur’s kid, Luke brooks, Flanagan, Shaun Johnson. I’m sure quite a lot will stay but most of those guys are off contract 2023 and can negotiate Nov 1

Cameron Munster has declared WT are a genuine option but won’t be rushed into making a decision.

Wigan have put a $350,000 transfer fee on John Bateman, making any move to WT unlikely.

I think with hasting playing lock, in attack he will be playing first receiver, pushing the halves to second receiver either side of the ruck spreading the defensive line Hence what also appears to be a more mobile pack. I think the game plan will be very fast and attacking and looking forward to it.

Teddy is still as impactful on games as ever, his leadership for attack & defence from the back on a young team would be huge & he would attract others. C'mon Roosters, work on a severance package so you can keep Suaali!!!

A spine of Tedesco - Brown - Brooks - Korisau all of a sudden brings speed & x-factor!

Still finished second in the Dally ms and that’s playing in a team full of stars so it’s not a fair fight. He’s the best player in the world and it’s not even close. Don’t understand how some don’t see it. If Teddy would come back we’d be a top eight side with the addition of one strong middle.
