Hi everyone. I've had a couple of PM's from concerned members that this thread is worrying them.
Has anyone got any strong objection to temporarily closing the thread. If not, it can be reopened later if needed.
I don't like doing this unless there is a growing amount of anti-social behaviour and that doesn't seen to be happening here.
If it's left open, can I urge you to repect each other's background and not insult each other.
Go the Wests Tigers.
Just close it. The club has been through enough already this year. I am sure that there will be a strong improvement in 23 and 24.

RELOCATING
How many Sydney teams are based on the beaches or not far from the beaches, manly, roosters, souths, cronulla, St. George how many klms in between them, a little crowded ???
Wests tigers are located less than 4 km from Parramatta river which will be soon used for swimming at Cabarita/Concord. t

And just how has having the playing depth in Campbelltown helped us the last 10 years?
Ok, lets fk Campbelltown and the junior's off, rooster's, dragon's, Bulldogs won't say no to the harold Mathews junior's coming through, oh well Leichhardt it is

Relocate to Hamilton Island. I'm happy to move there and take up the role of General Manager or Head of Something-or-other!
Relocate to Mars, free chocky caramel bars, num num num.
The venue will mean nothing in twenty years or so.
It will all be TV and TAB games and clubs will be forced to play at bigger stadiums if they want a bigger handout from the NRL. This is to provide sponsors a greater viewing spectacle for their product so it's not worth getting our speedoes in a knot. I won't be around then so I won't be able to say I told you so.
So a revamped CS sounds the way to go if my theory is correct.
I'll support the Weststigers club anywhere it goes as long as it's on the East Coast.
Seriously, if a venue came up with a 100yr lease and all their was is reserved seating for the elderly and disadvantaged, a scoreboard and a top notch playing surface and the rest all grass I couldn't care. As long as it was OUR homeground that's all that matters to me.

Club should be at Campbeltown full time. In 20 years the area will be one of the biggest in Australia. Fans won’t embrace it until it’s their home team. Bite the bullet now whilst there is an excuse to not alienate the Leichhardt faithful. I’m a Leichhardt member and love those games but time has come.

Train line, parking, M5 it’s easy to get to and home for those like me that live a fair distance. Big Fat Greek also a great eatery with leagues club next door. It’s a no brainer.

Any proposed stadium renovations will be enhanced if we are their full time with the MacArthur Bulls.

Until the fan attendance in Campbelltown goes up it won’t happen. The club isn’t gonna risk it when we barely get 10000 fans in attendance now at CS. I agree it would be the place to do it but at this stage it is unlikely. CS either needs to be upgraded or knocked down and rebuilt from scratch which is 3-5 years depending what they go with. Plus we need something similar to the COE there. I wish the Leagues club was involved still with the club, they haven’t put any money into the club since 2012 or 13 I can’t remember what year but remember it was around then that they stopped.

Well they pay for the Macarthur Junior comp and sponsor the West Tigers so I dont know about them putting nothing in. Balmain put nothing in, maybe you were thinking about them.
