On David fifita- did you really think this from was going to improve moving to titans?

Michelle Bishop on SEN this morning said we’re linked to David Fifita now, and Luke Brooks is 100% gone before season 2023, clubs negotiating the swap/freight at the moment

This is possibly a better option than Nanai and IP.

I hope we spend big on another edge backrower and get one of these two.

Both these guys are wingers not sure how that bolsters are half's stocks

We will not loose Brooks, We will allow him to leave (Unlikely to retain him beyond 2023 at the current Salary).

Maybe poor coaching, toxic environment, party central.
A change of scenery might change his attitude.
You don’t forget how to play football, just lose the drive and enthusiasm for various reasons.
I wouldn’t pay overs for him unless he had certain KPI’s included in a contract.

I didn't expect him to be at the same level, but certainly didn't expect him to drop off as much as he did. As you said we have a similar record when players join us.

Using Peachey as an example, he was even worse with us than with the Titans.

KPI's in Player contracts are non existent....
Unless is for a half / spine player with incentives for finals / Grand finals etc.
Lower tier Players can also get a payrise if they play a certain amount of games.

Fifita wouldn't be subject to anything where KPI's would be relevant...
Even if he was, His manager wouldn't swallow it.
He's far too inconsistent.

Woods will have a crack if he gets a chance to come back. i don’t expect him to start the year in first grade but if he gets a chance i think he’ll do a job. besides, as Aubanon said earlier, if it gets Klemmer across i’m all for it.

Well after they paid massive parts out of Moylan, RCGs, Mansour, Cartwright, Latu , Merrin and Blake’s huge contracts he gave them. They have gone well.
