One of my favourite players though.
I don't think anyone is expecting him to lead the team to victory but a performance to be proud of is something we can expect.
I'd say he's an immense player with so much talent compared to Luke Brooks though.

Anyway.... Keith Outten, who played 5/8 for Balmain in the 1969 grand final was buried today. Great player and a great bloke.

Compared to Brooks' years of bad ones.
He seemed to had gone up a gear for the WC.
Can say the opponents been trash but prior to the send off in the NZ game - he was good.
They're playing Aus mate, it's going to be very hard for em.

I hope he's fit and in the right frame of mind. He's not blessed with speed, he's a power player and I hope he gets an opportunity to show that is a definite attribute.

Sorry Demps, but can't agree. Brooks has been dissapointing, i agree. So is AD. Kicking games, pass selection are both poor. Brooks has the speed to keep up with the play, AD flounders, Brooks is a good head on defender, AD is not, Very little between them when paying lower club sides, when playing against Cleary, Munster, Evans etc . they will run around him , or over him.

Sherwin was in a purple patch very good player miss origin because of injuries and Young Bwaith was very good and had a great step could break a tackle and was not slow a poor mans Brad Fitter
Yeah, it could get ugly man.
I'll wake up early and watch tho.
All fair but I'd argue we haven't seen as much from AD as we have from Brooks.
Break out year 2023 or else it might be time to give up.
Argument could also be made that Brooks poor games / moments in games are well over scrutinized whilst his better to good games or moments are completely overlooked.

Do you know if Brooks was at training at all or hanging around the new guys ?
Who's my hero? I want Hastings at 7. I'm just a realist and Brooks is a terrible halfback. Doesn't organise or communicate and takes the wrong option nearly every time, he is just too dumb to improve
