He didn't fire up when that guy was clowning him in front of his girlfriend on Matty John's show.

Might’ve calmed down.

I'll be watching him closely next year because he's one I have seen show some serious talent throughout what most would call an average career.

It's the market unfortunately and Hastings was able to take advantage of it. I hope he makes the most of his opportunity with the Knights.

Mate anyone who thinks things don't get heated with team mates at times during games and at training is kidding themselves. The competiive players will always push others around them and some don't like hearing it. Saw JWH dress down Sam Walker on the field during a game for a dumb play tore strips off him and at the presser Robbo applauded him for it and said that is what he would expect from his leaders.
I will look forward to the day when the leaders set the standard for others around them at WTs

Agreed TT. You only have to watch THE LAST DANCE with Jordan who actually bullied his team mates to drive them to the next level and some hated him for it, however they got Championship rings as a result.

From an outsider perspective, he always engages with the fans, seems to really care about our future and was one of only a very few who had a go this year. He is also close to the only player who can implement a game plan.
Surely its not about the 7 jersey alone? Is he anti fleshlight or something?

Seems like it, I think Pom said $300k more than ours. A lotta dough in anyones language, especially to play in the position you want.

I doubt the reason they've let him go is due to his personality. I think he along with Doueihi are after pay upgrades and the club saw him as a lock with probably no pay upgrade.

I'm pretty sure it was stated on here as well. The club tried to sign Doueihi and Hastings but they both said they want 900k+.

Hastings got a nice pay rise. I assume no club has considered Doueihi at that price.

I remember Ivan Cleary (who is a knob) stating that players often make these decisions for you and that is what happened with Hastings and it may happen with Doueihi as well.
