to clarify a physio mate at the Sharks just mentioned cotric in Canberra but nothing concrete, but he didn't know anything about Nofo leaving tigers.
The same bloke in June this year told me we had definitely signed Pele from sharks so who knows.

One thing I will say is the player turnover in one off-season is crazy, I thought within 3 years with the kids coming through we would get rid of the deadwood. Hats off to Sheens and the recruitment team they have brought in more talent to improve the squad than Madge did in 3 years in a single off-season, I cannot remember the Tigers making such a dramatic player turnaround ever. Also I do credit Madge for his signing of some of our younger brigade.

If we get Bateman and the All Blacks bloke I’ll be upgrading my membership and jersey. The signing of Sheens appears to have had the desired effect.

It's a boost the club badly needed and when you consider 2023 is a tough year for recruitment, it was a job well done.
