Hold those thoughts , sheens has only got stains and KLEMMER so far , we had api and papa well before he took over. BUT I believe he has a plan , and Bateman , Moses , Williams , Nathan brown and lenui , are on his list , let’s hope it all comes together

You do realise that Api and Papa were Sheens signing right? He was head of football ops, he would have been identifying players and negotiating with them. Madge was just a coach...

Madge signed the two biggest inclusions and he operated with no cap space. Unfair to apportion much blame on him. Chins dad and the CEO sunk us.

Every member of last year's squad was signed or got an extension by Madge. 4 years is enough time. We were going backwards under him. The two big inclusions were both signed after Sheens started which is no coincidence. Madge wouldn't have got them over the line

God I hope the Woods rumours aren't true. I have received very good feedback about Houston, the guy from Randwick Rugby. My mate rates him in a big way and said he is suited more to league. Said he is a machine, huge workrate, very tough and fast for a forward. Same guy said Reilly won't be a success, which looks to be the case.

It really depends on how then gel in preseason and trials.

I did some thinking last night.. yes, it hurt.

I love all of the new additions into the forward pack, we look respectable at worst, and scary at best.

I actually think our performance next year really hinges on the players we have kept at the club though.

We know what we're getting with all the signings coming in - they have all shown consistently to be good players in their positions.

We need progress and development from the likes of Talau, Utoikumanu, Pole, Matamua, Blore. These guys have shown in patches - and when not injured - what they can do.

If they start delivering consistently, it will definitely free up the halves (whoever they will be) and it will result in us adding to the win column more regularly.

Utoikumanu springs to mind as one of the other better up and coming eels.

It would be a proper raid if we secure Moses, too.

Did I read somewhere that Moses looks like joining us for 24 provided Brooks is still here?
The club might not extend Brooks until Moses signs so you never know.
Some are saying it's done but some are saying we have a meeting with him next week so that doesn't add up.
Anyone in the know know if this meeting has happened or happening?

IMO Moses coming back would be massive so fingers crossed 🤞
