Now For Something Completely Different

My wife just asked me what I’m doing on the computer ?
After I told her I was trying to find a hot granny online, she laughed hysterically and said no what are you really doing.
I said I’m reading a like from people on the forum, 2 guys named Buttface and Insaneink, she said sounds like a comedy duo.
Never thought of it like that !

I would have to say that Scott's pies are probably the 2nd worst pies i have ever eaten in Australia,only four and twenty pies have tasted worse (I did have an even more foul one in the UK when i was there in 1973).
I just wish it was easier to find a good steak and kidney pie in Sydney these days they where always my favourite

Whilst I respect your opinion, I was in fact talking about pies I ate 60+ years ago, and because of the “treat” nature of pie day I think it could have been any brand. I just remember the experience, and the name !
I don’t think I’ve ever had a Scott’s pie since then so you are obviously in a much better position to analyse , than me.
And I wish you luck in your search for a good steak and kidney pie.

My school used to have Big Ben pies and when i reached year 12 they switched to Sargeant's pies.There was no such thing as healthy food in the school canteen when i was a kid.Things have changed and not for the better.

My wife just told me Fray Bentos brand steak and kidney pies are available at WW. Have you tried one of those ? If not,may be worth a search and taste mission.

I would have been at school every Thursday no matter what.
No jigging pie day for me.

Your wife is correct and they are the one's that i have,9 dollars a shot in Sydney.Very tasty pie and the puff pastry is an excellent touch

I get trotters for the dog and ox tongue, well holly shite Merlot I’ve seen them in the window at the butcher, they are big.
What do you do with one of those to make it palatable?
