I see Haslier as coach of Newcastle by season's end how long would the drive be for him in the morning from the northern beaches 90 minutes?Dead set right.
Cooper Cronk has a coaching brain potentially in excess of Bellamy or Bennett. Bellamy would tell how at training Cooper Cronk would ask "hey Coach, why are we doing this", always a stack of questions. Cooper understood the tiny details within the 1%'ers. The where to be and what to do at that precise moment.
When Cooper Coaches NRL, he is going to be an insane BOMB of a coach. Between Cronk and Haslier we see two awesome coaches waiting for the lacklustre clubs to offer them a good contract.

Are the Rooster's advising us on the mechanic's of using the cap to it's fully operational capI've heard we've gone up to 2.5 million but only 125k on the cap.
Oath. I can't handle it anymore.Get us off this rollercoaster!
There catchment is our catchmentHis apparent 5 year plan came from a quote saying it will take 5 years to get the salary cap in order. He never said anything about delivering a premiership within 5 years.
A lot of what you say is true. Gus burns through finances like few others. But in doing so he did set up the Panthers for sustained success.
I'm not sure he is capable of achieving the same at the Dogs as they obviously don't have the same catchment. But it does look like he is off to a good start.
Then maybe the dragons but he will be at a club by season's end he is just to good a coachBy speed boat maybe.
We need to have exclusive arrangements in place with certain schools like St Gregs, Holy Cross, Westsfield SHS may be pushing it but worth a shot. There catchment is our catchment
I wonder if anyone noticed the boot camp they did at St Greg’s school earlier in the year.
Make no mistake Gus is trying to eat us alive.

I agree, though technically Westfield SHS falls in the Parramatta Catchment. We’ve been lucky to extract as much talent as we have recently from there. We need to have exclusive arrangements in place with certain schools like St Gregs, Holy Cross, Westsfield SHS may be pushing it but worth a shot.
We can't force players to sign with us of course, but in terms of clinics, try outs etc we should have control over these things
Buzz suggested that if he was Moses he’d go to dogs…. Yeah rightBuzz just makes things up . He had Bulldogs favourites to get Moses a few weeks ago
Riccio’s article says eels haven’t upped their offer since December & won’t get in to a bidding war but remain confident .
If that’s the case why is Moses still talking to us ?
Mostly likely he wants to stay at Parramatta but just can get the financial aspect right he would feel very comfortable there or go back to a place you use to work at for more money tough decisionBuzz just makes things up . He had Bulldogs favourites to get Moses a few weeks ago

Benji looked like he could step straight back out on to the field.I'm pretty confident that we are NOT gonna land Moses .. !! Which means we have somewhere between $1 to $1.6 million left in our kitty for Sheens/Marshall and co to find a marquee player .. for this season or the next.
So far at training there are two players that are doing themselves no wrong in trying to secure a contract with the team. Both Sheens and Marshall have been very impressed with Jahream Bula and Joshua Feledy.
Other members who looked good at the recent training session are Brandon Wakham, Daine Laurie (who looks like he done a good job in the off season in the gym) .. and Benji Marshall running around the field like he's a teenager again .. !!
Rugby convert Ben Houston continues to train the house down, but unfortunately appears that he may have subluxed his right shoulder in a contact drill and will have to wait for scans to determine the damage.
Forbes Ferrari had a race off against Bula the other night during training with the Ferrari showing why the nick name .. he's quick, Bula was just half a step behind .. we have two quick lads out wide folks.

I didn't stop to read thisThe good thing about being on this forum for awhile now is when you get on and just look at the posters names while scrolling without reading all the rubbish , only stopping now and then to read the very few on here that have any idea about what they are saying
Eh they are taking up a bit of chunk with their spine. Doubt they will win a premiership any time soon .Brad Arthur, will be crucified by the supporters if Moses left. Their cap is getting severely out of shape.
