I never did either,but the general consensus was that because its his mum he was connected to it which is wrong in my opinion,he is his own man and has done a great job at the sharkies,if his mum has done wrong and he hasnt he shouldnt come under the cloud of judgement....

NRL superstars Latrell Mitchell and Jack Wighton have been arrested over an incident at a hotel in Canberra late on Saturday night.
News Corp can reveal the Kangaroos stars and close mates are now the subject of an NRL Integrity Unit investigation.

The pair had been out celebrating Wighton’s 30th birthday.

They are alleged to have had a fight between themselves which witnesses suggested was not a lot more than a friendly wrestle.

However police were called and Mitchell was charged with resisting arrest.

Wighton was also charged and the pair are likely to face court in the ACT.

The news will shock Rabbitohs and Raiders fans knowing that the pair have been such close mates over a long period of time.

News Corp is seeking comment from the clubs and the NRL.

Wighton has a history of punching on when on the drink though. Been arrested once but mates from Canberra reckon he was a serial offender

The issue isn't the friendly wrestle though. Its reported that Mitchell resisted arrest. Probably gave the cops the line " Do u know who I am?"🤨
