Player Dramas in the NRL

Just sucks that the papers will link the wrongdoings of the parents to the players. Like Payne Haas as well. Not a massive fan of his but what does his mum getting booked for DUI have to do with him???

EDIT: Not DUI, vehicular manslaughter. Better disclose this so I don't cop further 2.30am drunken abuse.
Same as Payne Haas....it was always "NRL player Payne Haas' mother arrested....first line of every story about her

Just watched the 9 news and when the reporter asked Latrell at the airport if he and Wighton were still friends, Daine Laurie broke into a big grin.

I don't think the family of the victims would be any happier knowing it was, or wasn't, DUI.
DUI doesn't trivialise it. What IS trivial, is your obsession to think the minor details of how this cow killing innocent people, is the focal point of the discussion.
Is it still allegedly ? . . . if so, please insert where needed.

The NRL has been the saviour for many kids from broken homes, poor areas with large crime rates etc. It has given kids direction and purpose. Some because of their upbringing relapse into old habits, but the vast majority go on to lead wonderful lives and are leaders in their communities. They are not responsible for their families behavior.

Too many racial comments and personal attacks between members. Have a break you lot.
Go away, take a big breath and come back more respectful and tolerant. This thread will re-open tomorrow.

Looks like the only fight Saints players showed all week-end:

Intoxicated St George Illawarra players had to be separated after a “heated exchange” at 6am in Mudgee.
