Round 3 - 8 are going to be pretty brutal, won't be winning many of those
Our current run (round 1-6) is Newcastle, Bulldogs, Storm, Broncos, Parramatta - then the week off.
The next run (8-12) includes Manly, Penrith, Dragons, Rabbits, Cowboys - then the week off.
The third run (14-16) includes Raiders, Titans, Storm - then the week off.
Our run home (18-27) consists of Cowboys, Sharks, Knights, Dragons, Rabbits, Raiders, Warriors, Dolphins, Roosters and Manly.

From rounds 7-17 we have 3 bye and 8 games in 11 weeks. Ordinarily you would target these games to go on a winning spree, but for us they are almost exclusively top 8 squads from last year. The easier cluster to target is the grouping we are currently playing, or the big grouping on the run home.

Greetings John if you’re having a look at the forum.
This where the experts ( definition is hasbeens under pressure) analyse and dissect the WT.
Hope you’re acclimatising and not too disturbed with Sundays result. After strong recruitment it’s going to take a while to gel, and we don’t mind giving the other teams a start.
Now can I suggest that you have a chat with TS and Co about restoring your cred by showing you bandaged and obviously injured. That will take a lot of pressure off the club. If you’re not injured then please offer to play asap ( the holiday is over).
And when you do get on the field please help in straightening the attack and really ripping in.
Pity you’re not up against Hastings this week so we’ll have to wait to the second round for you 2 to renew acquaintances.
Anyway, on behalf of the WTF a hearty welcome to you and your family and good luck for a healthy and successful season.

PS How are the language lessons coming along ? I know that the real reason you’re out is coz no one understands your calls and you are having issues understanding everyone else.

We'll be taken to golden point by the bye I think!

I've only read the last page of this, so apologies if this has already been said.

Is it just me? I actually don't care he's not playing yet. I think the pack is already pretty good - it's the backs and playmakers I'm more concerned about at the moment and he is neither.

And as for being misled, we'll I don't feel misled; I never have a say in who's playing, so it really doesn't bother me.

If I were the cynical type, I'd say the media is running low on its supply of muck they're used to having spoonfed to them by their favourite whipping boy and is now speaking on behalf of it's fans - who should apparently be outraged.
