George Williams, Jack Welsby in UK
RTS with experienced half (Sezer or Pearce) & x-factor (Weekes)
Agree that we should be having a crack at Welsby but not as a halfback. George Williams would be the best option from the above for where we are at at the moment.

Weeks or RTS would be fantastic but still doesn't solve the half-back problem. I don't think sezar or Pearce would give us any more that the previously mentioned half-backs.

I think we should get Pearce for this ear and next if he wants it. He is exactly what we need and gives us time to find the long term one in the meantime. We clearly cannot win until we get an actual halfback who can play.
Im for it but he would be absolutely mad to leave the South of France to come and lead this rabble.

That would be logical to them, keep him in top grade because he gets paid top money, it does not matter if he cost us games, cause we cant waste that much money.
That's his theory, he can't understand how the guy hasn't seen reserve grade yet in 10 years. Reckons he must have a mate on the board. I hope it's nothing like that but I wouldn't be surprised.

Something has to give at the sharks..

They have Trindall, Kennedy, Moylan and Dykes (back next year) competing for 2 positions.
Fitzy will sort this out. He came from the Roosters and is used to dealing with an abundance of talent.
