Remember when they tried Laurie at 14?
He came on when the game was lost and looked ridiculous.

Few comments around Laurie tonight.... he's done at the Tigers.

I really don't know any reason why you'd pick Joffa in an NRL team. He offers nothing.

I mean wakeham ain’t there long term unless they lose brooks next year and have wakeham as a cut price “similar brooks” and bring in someone better

I hear what you're saying....

I truly believe Sheens has no faith in Laurie whatsoever.

He came out and said AD is the best fullback at the club.
... we have Laurie, Staines and Bula.
Arguably all better fullbacks than AD.

That's a massive insult and slap in the face to Laurie.

Either way - he'll play out the year in NSW cup and not be offered a contract moving forward.

I thought we spread it early in tackle count on a regular basis. Brooks did a cutout at least 2 times (maybe 3 but can’t remember) out the back which created space. Both times were well executed. Talau could have straightened and passed one of those plays to create space for jnr but tried to get on the outside and took the tackle instead.

Souths last 5 weeks 5 tries vs Storm 6 tries vs Broncos 4 tries vs Penrith
6 tries vs Dolphins 9 tries vs Bulldogs
And 3 against us ( only 1 for 74 mins )
Penrith 1 try vs Tigers 9 tries vs Roosters last night
BUT ITS ALSO A FACT OUR ATTACK IS DISMAL as bad as it gets

It's hard without halves. It forces us to play very basic game which we're executing pretty well.

I went off in my lounge room watching him gush over Latrell. So clear he’s here for a pay check and the loss means nothing to him at all. It seems pretty common though in this day and age that kind of joking around with the opposition after a loss.

I was in favour of letting him go...

A few defended him & claimed he was our best....

Maybe so but he cannot compare to the other guys in the pack.
I'd argue Seyfarth offers more.
