I'd bring Naden straight back in on the left edge inside Toops over Talau. don't believe we lose anything in defence and have plenty to gain in attack. Timoko will be a tough assignment for whoever we place on him.

Koroisau likely playing 80 in Adelaide and then backing up 2 days later will surely mean limited minutes. Simpkin to start the game. give Api 15 either side of half time which will hopefully be enough to get us home. if we decide that he needs to be rested then I'd be playing Will Smith off the bench.

Pole back to 13. Matamua is still a little while off and needs time in Cup. Blore easily the most ready to come back in and I think he'd be brilliant thru the middle, although I wouldn't be surprised to see Seyfarth named on Tuesday.

Pretty sure Api payed for Penriff 2/3 days after last years SOO .. so here's hoping he's allowed to back up for us.

Agree. Blore over Seyfarth for mine. Last year NSW run two hookers: Cook and Api. If Api plays long minutes I'd imagine he's play limited mins for us.

I would start with Twal, Utoikemanu provides more impact.

JO >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> not enough space >>>>> Seyfarth

We have this practice to keep Lovetts, Seyfarths because they are "good trainers", but that does not translate to a solid NRL player!

If Api wasn't coming off Origin I'd give Matamua a run in lieu of Simpkin.

I like the fact that many have left Talau out of their team. Unfortunately,I don't think Sheens will drop him.

You know we are starting to get a quality team when it mostly picks itself
The only options are
Does Naden come in for Talau ?
Who takes Joffas place on bench ?
This of course hopes Api can back up ?

Justin Matamua I believe has to start at 13 sometime this year and get 50/60 minutes a game I believe he will become a great attack weapon like Glen Stewart would take so much pressure off the halfs next year

Kicking game like Wade Graham passing game long and short kicks goals he is a weapon just needs game time

Apart from replacing Joffa and managing Koroisau through the origin period by possibly starting Simpkin, the team stays the same for mine. I like Pole off the bench again for impact, so I would start with Blore. Matamua will get his chance when injury or suspension inevitably occurs.

Naden deserves to come back in based on previous form, though that is balanced by his stupidity and not wanting to break up combinations, which through continuity is one of the big reasons the side has made improvements of late, particularly in the spine.

I would start with Twal, Utoikemanu provides more impact.

True, but if they are good trainers it lifts the intensity of sessions. I don’t see him playing much first grade, but he’ll be around the squad for that reason.
