I think it might be time to consider Brooks & Wakeham as the ongoing halves combination.

I heard the other bloke wants to much moneyDrums might be beating for Mitch Kenny
Ideally- yes. But I'm not seeing a lot of available options to replace him with. In the right set-up, he can play the Cliff Lyons type role- running across the line looking for line runners. Unfortunately, if there is one real weakness right now, it's that we are poor at line running with our back row & centres. Talau started to do it a bit, and Naden does offer that ability. Ice SHOULD be that guy. Bateman & To'a try to beat players with footwork- not really line runners. Play Wakeham on Ice & Naden's side, Brooks on Bateman & To'a's. Maybe? It's a shame Wakeham is so slow. I can't believe how slow he is. Put some speed into him and he becomes a threat, but as it stands I think he remains a good back up in an ideal world.
Who is Isaac Papali?Decent human.Plays golf regularly at my local club, and recall after his group were done after lunch,HE picked up all the empty glasses and returned them to the bar,and also the empty plates returned to the cafe
I was impressed!
I certainly dont do that...
BTW...Isaac Papali just joined the same northern beaches club!
Is wakeham injured or just slow?I think it might be time to consider Brooks & Wakeham as the ongoing halves combination.

Especially for the money. We are getting excellent value from Wakeham for what is likely to be a close to minimum value contract.I reckon he is slow. He is also a great goal kicker and defender and he can still create something. Ideally we'd have someone who threatens more but I don't see a realistic option who is going to be much better.

Yeah he's slow but he's been pretty decent tbf goal kicking as you mentioned is a plus, i think he's earned another contract probably a modest upgrade even.
I’d love to see a 50m race between Wakeham, Hastings & Douehi. Is wakeham injured or just slow?
AD would win I thinkI’d love to see a 50m race between Wakeham, Hastings & Douehi.
It's a no brainer to me. He has been miles better than Doueihi and Doueihi is on good dollars.
I’ve got a friend who lives near there and sees JWH and also Copper Cronk around there a bitJWH is actually one of the nicest, softly spoken and friendliest players out there. He is very good with the public. See him all the time at Balmoral
Bumping...for almost no reason whatsoeverThere is a Manly player the club is chasing but its not Sipley and its not Schuster.
Edit: Manly is not letting our target go at this stage and he has 2years to go on his Contract
