Brandon Wakeham #267

Your easily the last person I would listen too about football.
Yeah because your opinion was Brooks was having a blinder tonight, was that when it was 16-6 at half time or 28-12 at fulltime. You just love seeing the Tiger's lose, I have no idea why you pretend to be a supporter when you just continually want the team to lose.

Where did I say Brooks was having a blinder? Please show me. I said he was our best in a poor, no disgraceful performance. Not many halves can do that. It wasn't his best game, he ran too much, but was a threat, and generally kicked well. He also needs to stop getting tackled on the 5th, leaving the last play responsibility to Wakeham. He has been doing that for a few weeks and needs to be smarter there.

See that mate, reasonable analysis. Look that up

Bula was better by a country mile.

After all that you listed about how woeful Brooks played you still come in with your boring standard and predictable rhetoric about Brooks being the messiah and Brooks haters (actual tiger's fans that want a victory) have no idea.

So you want Wakeham running the show

And we have no choice but to stick with him.

I'm baffled at how slow he is. The Campbell try in the first half Wakeham looked like an 8 month pregnant women trying to get moving.

I think losing Brooks and Api, we won't win another game now.
Now did anyone notice Toa in at 5/8, looked cool and comfortable( albeit small minutes) so Wakeham to half and Toa to 5/8, Naden in for Talau and Simpkin for API plus the kid on the bench.
What else can we do ?

For those people on this forum who think he is better than Daine Laurie watch tonight’s game again & tell me if he deserves to be selected next week he showed tonight that he does not belong in the NRL & possibly not even good enough for NSW Cup what a pathetic performance from him & yet people continue to select him in their weekly team. Laurie & even Will Smith will do a better job than Wakeham the Bulldogs got rid of him for a reason.

I have been an advocate for Wakeham, but his prob has ALWAYS been he throws in an absolute shocker whenever he finally seems ready to go up a level...

And, right on cue, tonight was a shocker. He looked several paces below everyone and was slow in everything he did. An absolute barry crocker.

This is why the Dogs gave up.

He is at an age now where nights like tonight can't happen if he is going to make it. He was so bad tonight he may well have cost himself a contract. Nights like tonight are why he had no offers as late as January.

He was really poor, just didn't seem to have his head in the game at all. His short drop-outs repeatedly are what irk me the most, attempted 3 and got none.
Was a passenger all night, is it enough to hook him after his past month of footy I don't know. 100 percent if he stays and performs like that next week he's got to go.
