What happened to no holidays during footy season ? Tough but realistic when you’re playing pro ball.
 
It would have been ok if we didn’t invite him back.
700k for a slow old small battered toiler is part of our problem.
There’s dozens of players as effective as him playing NSW & Qld Cup.

Lee will def spit out some rhetoric about it not being who were are.

Pascoe took a 6 week holiday last season...would be hard for him to criticise anyone.

Again: not saying anyone should not have a break. But these blokes annually get ALL of Sept off when other teams are playing finals and around ten weeks off before pre season.

i.e. almost 3-4 months off.
 
I can’t even give away my membership for free, I would have to pay someone to take it.

Will be thinking hard about unticking the auto renewal for 2024 season.

Would like to hear at least 74 reasons why I shouldn’t, but if anyone can provide 75 I’ll renew. Anyone up for that challenge? 🤣🤦🏻‍♂️

I don’t know how it is acceptable to concede 70+ points 2 years in a row.

This is after sacking a premiership winning coach claiming he’s a square peg in a round hole. I don’t know what this is called because since then we’ve got significantly worse.

We have no one new signed for 2024, so as it stands with the departures we will be weaker again in 2024.

I have a pretty good life, but the footy interest is by far the most negative aspect and I think I’d support the club folding at this point.

We can’t even mail them back to the club to make a point as they made the memberships digital.
 
I'm beginning to believe expansion is motivated to weed out the clubs who can't compete - Sydney being the target.
We have money to buy players but there are few that are available to turn this mess around, and managers are pulling all the strings to ensure their best players go to the best best clubs while we pick up the ones who are looking for the retirement package or those just content to get paid.
I can't see a way out without a change in the rules around the cap but the strong clubs will be more than happy to ensure the status quo.

We are the same club who let Robbie Farah fly to Europe for the Champion's League final in the middle of a crucial period of games...then were belted in his return game.

Again, I get it. I have empathy. Robbie wanted to see LFC in a big game. By going Robbie basically said that was more important than proper prep for a Tiger's game.

But it is not the stuff professional clubs do.

It is our culture.

Well said 100% correct , team on the bottom should be flogged for a few days over that period and also bought in to do video sessions , I would call them sessions who’s fault was that and get them to stand up and admit it each time video shows a staff up

So do they take these holidays off the 6 weeks break that is mandated in the playing contracts. Maybe we can start pre season early if that is the case.

Didn't the knights go to bali? Common theme is both clubs have crap cultures and cannot get results.

He looked great until Sheens tried to turn him into a middle forward because everyone else we had tried was basically a plodder.
