Bulldogs in for Sullivan.

Sounds like they are changing their plans on the fly. Their salary cap must be a mess. Faitala-Mariner given permission to leave. Oloapu brought in as the next great half. Now he's going to be a lock. Sign Sexton. Now Sullivan. Are ANY of these guys actually improving their team?

As much as I expect the Bulldogs to get it right, I think they are way off at this point.

It's an interesting play though. Logically, you can keep upgrading if you can offload. It gives you bargaining position. The only risk is if players lose value and you can't move them (or they don't want to).

When we ended with no halves, that's when it's bad as our negotiation position goes out the window.

bargaining up all the time will bite you if you cant unload.thought the NRL wont sign off on a contract if the cap gets out of hand - Gus does alot of bs pr work,as our lot should b doing

100% true. But they are all trained in how to tackle the media. They have pre prepared lines (Brooks and AD) when they don't want to answer the hard questions. They trot it out and the media know that they are going to get the same response if the keep asking so they don't. Same as the pollies.

So why is your attack shit Tim? Brooks and AD
Defence? Brooks and AD
What can you do about it? Not Much you see we don't have Brooks or AD
Bingo.

I totally do not accept the "were missing Brooks and AD excuse". Ofcourse it's good media management.

Lets do better media management with a damn WIN!

ps hammerime,he said the monday b4 we offically signed the kids,,he missed out,but maybe when their educated 1st graders he may have another crack at them, all p r spin, who's looking at you baby ?

To be fair to Robbie, I think they should go through a thorough recruitment process and choose the best available candidate. No one doubts his commitment and loyalty but it is essential that our next executive is both talented and experienced so we move ahead in a professional and sustainable manner.

Could you imagine the meltdown if he underperformed?
That’s what successful organizations do. Not just hire people because they are club legends. If Robbie’s the best candidate then that’s fine but personally I believe bring fresh ideas without bias would be healthier for the organization.

Performance managing a club legend would be a challenge for a functional board let alone the current tigers board.

That winger/centre market looks bare.

Unless the club can get Corey Allen, the best bets might be Hymel Hunt or Tuala from the Knights.

Re-signing Staines is pretty important. Or finding someone a club is willing to let go.

I'd definitely be talking to Alamoti. Not much quality available in the centre positions. Was an U19 SOO player last year, I think. Bulldogs are so determined to buy a comp, they are losing the talented youth coming through (Alamoti, Averillo etc).

Alamoti, Hunt & Allen for me. Not exciting (although I think people are sleeping on Alamoti), but it hopefully provides safer play than what we see now.

The young outside backs can't develop fast enough!
Wow, you must be absolutely desperate to win 3 spoons in a row!

Any one have any idea If we are going to extend atasi James? However it’s spelt
Highly doubt it. We Just don't have room in our squad as it stands. We need halves and backs. A fringe first grade forward isn't a priority with the juniors we have coming through.
He could get a development or train and trial offer, but think another club will offer him an NRL deal

Chammas just said at half time Robbie wants to
Go in management role. Maybe bumping Pascoe.
Don't even know if he's qualified for CEO but who
knows with this club to be honest with you lol
Robbie would be at least 10 years away from being a ceo candidate. He's never managed any business. Has he ever even worked in a professional business capacity?

People are actually championing a removal of Pascoe and replacement by Robbie Farah? As CEO???
Are you fking kidding me??? The CEO lol.
This world has gone to absolute shit.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
GTFO of here….
I'd even take YOU over Pascoe!!

Any sentient being would be better than Lee's pet gerbil!!!
