We get it Lee, you’re relevant mate 👍👍

The guy just screams “LOOK AT ME!!!” With every thing he does.

I would guess he was bullied as a child..a lot, probably ignored by his father and his mum didn’t hug him enough. It’s kinda sad. Poor Lee.

I wish he would go speak to a professional rather than destroy wests tigers in a bid to be accepted and loved.

Robbie Farah has stated he is going for the GM job at the Tigers.
God help us.

Farah eyes GM role

There has been talk within the game about Wests Tigers assistant Robbie Farah potentially moving out of the coaching staff and into a role in administration.
Farah has previously indicated to the club that he sees his future as a general manager. His ambition hasn’t changed but the club is yet to decide on the structure of its football department.
There is a vacancy at Concord, with Tim Sheens stepping away from his GM duties to focus on coaching, and it remains unclear what role, if any, Sheens will have with the Tigers once his two-year tenure comes to an end.

This masthead contacted Farah on Sunday to see if he intended to move away from coaching as early as 2024.
The club legend admitted the administration side of the business appealed to him, but he planned to remain Benji Marshall’s offsider again next year.

If an administration role was to become available, expect Farah to be front and centre of discussions. A move upstairs could open the door for the Tigers to bring in another assistant coach.
Several player agents have told the club that their clients are concerned with the standard of coaching and the attention to detail, especially defensively, on offer at the Tigers at the moment. The Tigers intend to address those issues.

Please no. Bit sick of jobs for the boys. New blood please.

We must be the least experienced organisation/team.

It seems most of our positions are taken up by inexperienced people. From the team (many young kids and unwanted journeymen) to the coach (Benji) to the office. A lot of people in the positions they are in because of who they know rather than what they know.

Funnily enough, the thing we need the most right now is EXPERIENCE.

I think Farah would be a huge step up from our current CEO but that is a low bar
Just got a gut feel hes got a bit of entrepreneur in him .
Also don't like seeing such a crowded coaches box better with one ringmaster
Give Sheens out of respect for all his years the desk job called football manager
Then Benji its all up to you.

Farah has a similar career trajectory to Mark O’Neil who hasn’t done a bad job at the Eels. They should however bring back Simon Cook as the chairman. Lee and Pascoe time has come.

It's not CEO

You just described Nepotism. Thats exactly what's happening.

Simple equation, recruit the best, most appropriate person for the job.
If that’s Farah, so be it, if not find him another position. Maybe Assistant Coach of KoE.
As Getagrip says, we just can’t keep looking inwards for every position that comes up.

Oh that’s easy, disruptive , sulking, egotistical bastard who thinks his you know what doesn’t stink.
I have said from the day the coaching team was announced imo he should t be anywhere near it.
Apart from that he’s had good food experience, maybe we can put him in charge of catering at LO and CS. Perfect.
I presumed this what the role was for. Catering and stuff. But in saying that - have no access to his accountant or lawyers in regard to the restaurants or cafes. Has anyone eaten there? Is it any good? Anyone?
