I'm sorry you missed it Tony. Was pretty low-key but was a buzz to be in the place and around fans who care (too much maybe) about our club. Mostly spoke to the women's NRL players, who were really impressive young people. Went on a tour with Sarah Togatuki and Fonua Pole. Biggest revelation was how great it is for the women's NRL players to have access to these facilities and their own seperate areas (which doesn't happen at other clubs). Made a big difference to not have to pay for outside gym memberships etc while still juggling work and NRL. A lot of the players use the place just to find a calm place away from life. Might have been a better mood if our recent seasons weren't so grim. No coaches, which was disappointing but players (Talau, Seyfath, Junior Tupou) were friendly and spent ages taking photos. Good night.
