I'm fine if Simpkin leaves when his contract is up. We need him for next season though.

Not necessarily. It just means we'll need to recruit a #3 hooker or hooker utility behind Api & Tallyn. And then potentially have an experienced hooker recruited as depth on a NSW Cup contract (able to play after Rd 10).

I've previously mentioned the likes of Bayley Sironen, Jayden Nikorima, Kurt Falls, Karl Lawton or a Nathaniel Roache could be looked at.

Can’t see them four costing us a lot , but we would be a lot better

No idea why people are moving Bula... What signal does that send to any future signings that we're ok to move one of our best players and brightest prospects into a position where he won't be able to be paid as highly as his current one.

The bloke covers more meteres than anyone else could. Has great hands and ball playing. His position is FB.

Bula is our fullback for the next 10 years. let's leave him where he is. Sailor is a very good player but I wouldn't be moving Bula for him. French too small, not NRL calibre. Paul Vaughan? no thanks. Murchie is off to Huddersfield. won't be available.

I’d be reluctant to move him aswell but I would never rule it out. Pretty sure everyone would of said the same in regards to Laurie after his first year
He hasn’t played his 2nd year yet and hopefully he kicks on but I’m not 100% sold just yet

IMHO, Bula >>> Sailor, so unless we get Papenhousen, Walsh, Tedesco, Manu, Suaalii or TT, Bula stays at the FB.

He'd have only had a minimum contract. Wouldn't be surprised if he just got paid out his contract with the funds we had left in the 2023 cap

Why would we recruit a #3 when we have Api, Jake and Tallyn?

Think u are been short sighted, bula is a kid with a big further , putting in the centres is not going to hurt him but improve him , plenty of great fullbacks have had to do the hard yards at wing or fullback , sailor at the back bula in the centres is a win win for the tigers
 
Gee there’s lots of people on here cry about how we have gone over the last two years , they cry that the coaches keep picking the same players , my team selection is just my hand picked team ur entitled to pick ur side my was on form yet must scream no way , the coaches also don’t seem to have a vision so get ready for wooden spoon 3 , if we run with much the same side , u need flair and mongrel we don’t have much of either

Sironen and Lawton probably the most likely on that list. Sironen I've always liked, good player. Lawton would have a connection to Fulton you'd think, plus has been told he can leave.

The Irishman would be great to get over here.

He could get us a 2 billion dollar subsidy from the Feds and as far as top 30 spots go, he has shown that he can get rid of people.

Never mind whether it is done legally or otherwise.

Membership numbers wouldn't drop either because no one would get a refund.

I think we need to sign Seyfarth because our back-up forward depth is horrible. I think the back-up outside backs are pretty good and Sezer as a back-up utility is good.

We really should be signing the best winger in the comp and that player should be a game breaker but we'll get Staines or another kid.

Does anyone really think that squad is a top 8 squad. The top team is full of development players.

In all seriousness I think the following players are the only guys who are established first graders:-
Nofo, Api, Klemmer, Bateman, IP and Twal.

Nah, if he became a board member of an NRL club he would be a rorter for sure.
