There is a Wests similar style jersey worn by Tuiaki in his highliights. I thought it looked great as did the matching Balmain similar jersey that year. Nothing wrong wth a little history for both Wests and Balmain.

He's quality too, no doubt. Particularly in the intangibles; application, leadership, humility, peer respect. From talking to several of his junior coaches, he, and his brother, are from the top shelf as young men.

Matamua needs to develop some mongrel, which can't be coached and is typically in you from a young age. he's very skilful but his lack of mongrel will hurt him long term. Kit on the other hand has mongrel in droves, plus has the skill. I know who my money is on to become our long term 13 out of the two of them.

Siotame Havea and Denzel Schaafhausen-Mino are also going to cause some selection headaches down the line.

That's why I think just as important for Fulton will be recruiting T&T and NSW Cup players on minimum wage for depth & experience.

As a club, we're in a position where we probably have to grant Top 30s to our top juniors like Da Silva, Galvin to keep them here.

I'd then load our Development deals to our next tier of identified pathways players to progress like the Laulilii brothers, Miller, Mason etc.

Train & Trials to players with experience for depth & leadership like a Dean Hawkins or Kurt Falls type who can't get top 30 deal but provide depth & also some potential x-factor types like your Jimmy Ngutliks.

Then some strategic NSW Cup contracts to players who can be leaders at that level and provide experience to our pathways players coming up (more of the Jack Boyling types).

Well, given he's never played centre in his life, is 177cm and 79kgs, he's way too small to play centre or wing.

Fullback, maybe 5/8 but even that's a stretch....

Also Fulton seems to have recruted more players for Manly than players for us.
