2024 Memberships

I could understand a rollover package if we had one home ground and you had a specified seat that you wanted to retain each year but we change membership packages and allocated home games every year which makes an automatic rollover a joke.

I wish they'd stop the automatic roll over.. or they should ask you if you want it or not.

No idea what they are doing
It’s like the admin version of a red zone set of six run by our team.

They stuffed something up a few years back and I got two members packs. 🤷‍♂️

Have had 2 emails now to thank my son for being a member.

The first one congratulating him and that,

"This email is to advise that your 5-year tenure items are now dispatched and are due to arrive in approximately 10 to 14 business days."

This despite the fact that he has been a member for 9 years and that next year would be 10 if he renewed his membership but has not.

The second email stating,

"Thank you for your support and choosing to Show your Stripes in 2024! This email is to advise that your Membership pack is now dispatched and is due to arrive in approximately 10 to 14 business days.

If you would like to track the delivery status, please click here and enter xxxxxxxx to track the delivery.

We will send you another email with a tracking number once it is in transit."


As I have previously stated, he has not renewed his membership, he is not a 5 year member and why would they send another email with a tracking number (which I have replaced with the x's) when they have already provided a tracking number in the first 2 emails.

Unbelievable.

I got the same

An email on Tuesday confirming my auto renewal was cancelled and just now one saying my 2024 membership pack is on its way.

I got this the week before..

They say winning starts in the front office so we are screwed.

How can they continue to be so bad?
 
Will be amazed if a package does turn up.

You are lucky if that happens when you actually do renew your membership.

From my experience over the last couple of years, the only person that had a clue and could actually sort things out was Joel, and I think I heard that he got out of the place.
