Have had 2 emails now to thank my son for being a member.
The first one congratulating him and that,
"This email is to advise that your 5-year tenure items are now dispatched and are due to arrive in approximately 10 to 14 business days."
This despite the fact that he has been a member for 9 years and that next year would be 10 if he renewed his membership but has not.
The second email stating,
"Thank you for your support and choosing to Show your Stripes in 2024! This email is to advise that your Membership pack is now dispatched and is due to arrive in approximately 10 to 14 business days.
If you would like to track the delivery status, please click here and enter xxxxxxxx to track the delivery.
We will send you another email with a tracking number once it is in transit."
As I have previously stated, he has not renewed his membership, he is not a 5 year member and why would they send another email with a tracking number (which I have replaced with the x's) when they have already provided a tracking number in the first 2 emails.
Unbelievable.
