I hope Shane Richardson puts out a statement saying he’s put a stop on our 1 million dollar plus bid on Luai as he wants Benji and the coaching staff to give Latu Fainu and Lachlan Galvin every opportunity to play regular NRL from a young age PROVIDING their effort and form deserves it. Keeping in mind they are both very young and needing all Wests Tigers fans to understand they are both a work in progress, so we cannot expect superstar performances each week from them at NRL level straight away while they are just starting out as NRL players.I never really understood why we were chasing him , when we signed Fainu and Sullivan and Galvin is in the top 30 . Like do we rate these kids or don’t we ? “We love these kids , but we need a 1 mil dollar 27 year old as well “ huh ….
The AFB signing is a good one … but luai I dunno …
You obviously don’t rate luai. He’s worth a mil easy in this halves market and the new salary cap. I’m sick of waiting for a work in progress.I hope Shane Richardson puts out a statement saying he’s put a stop on our 1 million dollar plus bid on Luai as he wants Benji and the coaching staff to give Latu Fainu and Lachlan Galvin every opportunity to play regular NRL from a young age PROVIDING their effort and form deserves it. Are you seriously gonna comment on another annoying poster ?Is it safe to come out? Has he finally gone for the night?
Like before, it’ll fall throughQuestion:
So Pascoe was apparently “taking charge” of this Luai deal, what happens now ?
Agree. Luai wouldn't be at the club until 2025 anyway so treat 2024 as a training run for the next generation. Aiden Sezar is experienced and can guide the boys and Sullivan has some experience in FG so no need to rush into a multi-million dollar deal when you might need the dough to keep Galvin & co on board later. Benji was 17 I think when he got an end-of-season run in 2003. The rest is his story!I hope Shane Richardson puts out a statement saying he’s put a stop on our 1 million dollar plus bid on Luai as he wants Benji and the coaching staff to give Latu Fainu and Lachlan Galvin every opportunity to play regular NRL from a young age PROVIDING their effort and form deserves it. Luai is a proven half who was won 3 comps. Fainu & Galvin as good as they can be have never played NRL before… would you really pick them over Luai?I hope Shane Richardson puts out a statement saying he’s put a stop on our 1 million dollar plus bid on Luai as he wants Benji and the coaching staff to give Latu Fainu and Lachlan Galvin every opportunity to play regular NRL from a young age PROVIDING their effort and form deserves it. Given Api and Ice couldn’t help save us from the spoon I’m not sure 1 big money signing is going to pull us out of this mess. That is the feeling I'm getting as well.
Problem is we really need to start winning and players like him and AFB make a massive difference. Gives time for these younger ones to develop and prove themselves.
Luai is not going to the DolphinsFor anyone who doubted my mail that Luai met with Dolphins because they missed out on Mam, it's just been announced Mam will stay at Brisbane for 3 years
Look at the top 4-6 sides mate. Count the big names. Seems pretty obvious that’s your winning formula.Given Api and Ice couldn’t help save us from the spoon I’m not sure 1 big money signing is going to pull us out of this mess.
We do need quality but we also can’t screw our cap again paying overs.
but it’s not that simple. Api and ice played without halves and most of a backline either.Given Api and Ice couldn’t help save us from the spoon I’m not sure 1 big money signing is going to pull us out of this mess.

It’s not about rating him or not , I just don’t get the whole investing in Fainu Hyperbole last season , for a distinct right turn to luai . … not to mention Sullivan as well , and obviously. Galvin .You obviously don’t rate luai. He’s worth a mil easy in this halves market and the new salary cap. I’m sick of waiting for a work in progress.
It’s a great problem to have. The top squads have multiple talents coming through at once. It creates competition. It’s not about rating him or not , I just don’t get the whole investing in Fainu Hyperbole last season , for a distinct right turn to luai . … not to mention Sullivan as well , and obviously. Galvin .
Are you going to be able to operate under that alias?Probably for the better. No player is signing with a club because of the make up of their board.
The interim board that can make decisions and perform normal governance functions will soon be in place.
Under the previous regime, take what we can get was the philosophy. It’s not about rating him or not , I just don’t get the whole investing in Fainu Hyperbole last season , for a distinct right turn to luai . … not to mention Sullivan as well , and obviously. Galvin .
