He's been touted for a few seasons, never really kicked on. Not the greatest defender but that hasn't stopped some....No one even knew who he was two days ago.

Sezer could be the making of him. Experienced, cool head.I’m hoping Naden surprises a few people this year - he has ability and did have some really good games early last year then did fade a bit after his shoulder injury.
Hoping a full pre season under Benji and having some good halves depth that he can showcase himself this year.
He is on his last chance, needs to play good consistent footy and improve his disciplineI’m hoping Naden surprises a few people this year - he has ability and did have some really good games early last year then did fade a bit after his shoulder injury.

May the best man win😉So Laui and Douehi in 2025 then ?
100%. The bulk of us only remember him now for injuries and brain explosions in 2023 but he can play. Just needs his head in the game and to work on his focus.I’m hoping Naden surprises a few people this year - he has ability and did have some really good games early last year then did fade a bit after his shoulder injury.

Agreed - at his best, he can break open a game… size, speed and strength…100%. The bulk of us only remember him now for injuries and brain explosions in 2023 but he can play. Just needs his head in the game and to work on his focus.
Never said they didn't, the poster said Olam is crap because Bellamy doesn't let good players goThey have a salary cap too.
Semi Valemei would be a good replacement for Junior Tupou.
A powerful winger who is willing and able to do the tough hit ups out of the danger zone and scores tries given half a chance.
Fair enough.I disagree.
Fair enough.
Any other powerful wingers that are available in 2025 that come to mind ?
this is the tough period that the club will have to navigate in regards to the outside backs and their development.Luke Laulii, navren willett.
Out of curiosity, do you or anyone else on this forum know if all the players named in the Wests Magpies 2024 SG Ball team including the Wests Tigers top 30 and Development contracted players such as Da Silva, Galvin, Laulilli brothers, Miller, Mason, Willet etc will actually play in the SG Ball competition which starts in 4 weeks or are they being held back to play the NRL trials, Jersey Flegg, NSW Cup or NRL ?this is the tough period that the club will have to navigate in regards to the outside backs and their development.
as you say Laulili'i and Willett could be ready by then, with Makasini and Large potentially rocketing into contention. there's also every chance that none of them are ready and we will have to go to market, which means that the longer we wait, the less quality there is on the market. it's a tough situation, and one we're going to have to make a call on by midway thru the year.
if in the event that they aren't ready though, I agree with @Vicious. Valemei can play.
Number 1 usually goes fast over at Dapto Dogs, worth a look...Maybe we should have a look at the Warilla Gorillas & the Dapto Canarys
pretty early in the piece to get a read, but I think the majority of the players in the top 30 who are eligible likely won’t play. that rules out Da Silva, Galvin and likely Kit, with Miller possibly getting a run depending on how he’s tracking. Latu definitely won’t be playing you would think.Out of curiosity, do you or anyone else on this forum know if all the players named in the Wests Magpies 2024 SG Ball team including the Wests Tigers top 30 and Development contracted players such as Da Silva, Galvin, Laulilli brothers, Miller, Mason, Willet etc will actually play in the SG Ball competition which starts in 4 weeks or are they being held back to play the NRL trials, Jersey Flegg, NSW Cup or NRL ?
I think that’s also one of the reasons we pulled our offer for AFB.this is the tough period that the club will have to navigate in regards to the outside backs and their development.

23How old is this Brisbane Tigers player?
I'm of a similar belief. there's obviously only a couple spots left for 2025 at the minute unless we shop some players around, and I don't think anyone coming in is going to break the bank. main thing will be ensuring there's cash spare to upgrade these kids as their form warrants it.I think that’s also one of the reasons we pulled our offer for AFB.
Stefano and Pole should be improved for 2025 as well as Laulilli, Faagatu, Miller all expected to be ready to play NRL.
Or he has a stack of Juniors for that position.Olam's contract was extended to 2026. Bellyache doesn't let go of good players unless there are issues with performance or attitude. That speaks volumes.
