Round 2 Game Meal - what’s everyone planning?

I’m going to make a meatball sub home-made tomato sauce, meatballs…throw in some mozzarella and some rocket on a soft long roll.

If my brains in pain due to a bad game, at least my stomach won’t be.

Il BBQ a nice piece of rib fillet , not a thick one just about 10 mm / 15 mm thick , slice it and lay it out on a long crunchy bread roll with some tomato , Lettuce , cucumber , beetroot , and a little , chilli and mango relish
bbq sausages will be cooked along with the steak for a back up if the steak roll doesn’t fill me up , topped off with a nice cold xxxx Gold Tinnie .

Feel like giving up your spot? I used to always collect them at the beach down the South Coast every year but it's dried up.

Just have to make sure you purge all the sand out and cook lightly. Biggest issue is you need heaps for a feed. Much rather mussels in a garlic and chilli tomato base and crusty bread.
