2024 Breakout Star

Latu Fainu.

If we somehow make finals it may be because he is a revelation.
I agree and as much as Sezer is the safe experienced option, I highly doubt we can make the top 8 if he remains our best number 7 option all season.
I think Sullivan and Fainu have to produce their best and make the 6 and 7 starting jerseys their own if we are a realistic chance of making the top 8.
I’d add Alaimalo as an outside back who can hopefully quickly become our x-factor out wide.

I normally agree with you vicious but I think we will need Sezer to guide us around all season especially finishing sets.the non Brooks way.,

Lotto next Thursday. Biggest thus far. Another fantasy. But you gotta be in it to win it. Any odds on break out stars and where can I find the bookmaker? Thank You

Ring Ladbrokes, get on Wests Tigers to make the top 8 in 2024.
The more you put on, the more you get back 👍

A guy that I work withs best mate is TDS dad. I was talking to him and he recons Benji and co have told him he's going to be a big part of this upcoming season.i believe him when he says that's what he's been told just unsure whether Benji and co are just saying this. If it's true I think he's a big chance of having a breakout year. He looked good in the limited time he had and in a team that struggled plus with the extra size he has put on I think he can be special.
I remember when he made his debut and Gould was commentating. You could feel Gould knew this was the debut of a special young player and he had mixed emotions because he was a WT from the pathway system and not a Bulldog. Good luck to him and I hope he has a good year.

Bula emerged after Sheens made note of his talent. I hope Fa'agutu and Lobb emerge this year as a genuine NRL players. Lobb has the work ethic to improve areas of his game that most wingers require. There were a couple of plays in the Qld U19s game which set Fa'agutu apart from other players. The first was his driving tackle on an NSW prop one on one which brought him down and a commentator made note of his outstanding tackling technique. The other was his chase from behind to intercept a pass between NSW attackers to save a certain try under the posts. I hope he does well and follows in the footsteps of Pole. We need another good young second row forward or 13.

Got a feeling the Kiwi rugby convert might surprise a few this season.
He is my rising star for the tigers , give him 1/2 season in lower grade to learn the craft and he will come in , solid player , quick , strong, moves well & jump and catch no issue , he also in the clip I watched can get himself in the right spots when there is a break

I keep wondering where our points are going to come from this year. And the i remember and actually get relieved at how much depth we have in the halves now and how each one is someone to be excited about

If we can continue to get up into the oppositions red zone, I'm a bit more confident going forward that we can convert it into points.

That is possibly correct and it’s highly likely Sezer will start the season as our 7.
If we want to become a team with plenty of X-Factor we need more than just a steady experienced halfback with a solid kicking game.
Jayden Sullivan has demonstrated he has an all round game with plenty of attacking flair. The questions over him is will he be vocal enough to lead the team around, will he stand up defensively and will his kicking hand be consistently good enough ?
I don’t think there is much doubt about his running game and ability to create line break assists/try assists.
