The problem is there’s no team morale. None of us know what goes on between the four walls and if energy is negative enough. it affects all the playing group -not a great problem to have -not sure how it changes either. Unless we start winning games, LOL.

yes .. they have to start winning games … this three year funk they are in of 10 wins in 65 odd games is historic levels bad …

I know Richo has to multi task the issues around memberships, sponsors, home grounds and probably others … but the most critical thing he has to is to improve this team and start winning games … even winning 8 games a year and moving off the bottom is a modest first step but that’s starting to look like 2026 not 2025 the way things are heading …I have used the term that the squad is changing at a glacier pace …

I really find it hard to believe the bit about him yelling out in the sheds after a loss like that... saying he wants out.. I find it hard to believe he'd even be telling this to someone quietly... But then there's direct quotes from Richo saying he's going to call his parents into his office this week... So it's somewhat legit just how much I don't know
Can't. Imagine it's go down real well with coach and team mates yelling he wants out

Yeh, I would usually agree with you re. this.
Trouble is, these are desperate times for Our Club, Fans and Members.
Again Imo, there's a Lot of anxiety and depression even, out there, and I am suffering both of those symptoms.
M's and F's are Desperately wanting Our Team to win at least 50% of Our f*****g games!!! 😡
I reckon there's a lot of clutching at straws in search of GOOD news atm.
Then when apparently Bad news comes along like the Galvin story currently running, I get pretty despondent.
Why hasn't Our Club told us what's going on.
At least email the f*****g members.
I'm getting Really Really Really P****d off 😱 with Our Club seemingly Still Not Able to have any control over the narrative.
Wts hired a supposed saviour on big $$$ to stop Our Club from sinking completely, but it seems We are Very Close to hitting a bloody big iceberg.
I paid Wts $$$ at the start of this season for m'ship, but Imo we are still a heap of 💩 club!!!

I’m not sure a player with a track record of his discipline / focus issues is a good fit for Wests Tigers, regardless of his ability. If Melbourne / Bellyache and Roosters / Robinson can’t bring him to heel, how do you reckon he would go at WTs?? It would be Mad Monday every Monday!

I doubt Galvin will be there at the members day ... Imo half of this"he's having a rest" crap is to have a decent reason to protect him from this... It was either this or one of those perspex cage /barrier things taxi drivers have for protection

If this 💩 is true about Galvin wanting out I 💯 agree with you bb, but only your "There is no chance he is released anytime soon".
And again, if this 💩 is true, this will Imo be a real test of the strength of character of Richo and the rest of the Board.
I'm usually in the 'if he doesn't want to be here let him go camp' but not on this one, unless he has been picked to play when he shouldn't have due to his injury.
I just had a 🤔 bb. Can a Member sue the Club for Psychological/Mental Abuse, because I'm getting pretty close to needing to do that 🙁.
