If I was a WT player, I’d try to sneak in to training in case I bump into Richo and he remembers my last game and I get sacked or shipped to England.

No place to hide anymore.

It will be remembered as the “grand squad massacre of 24“

And I get this sense…that we are a long way from finished.

** You would think Stef would be much more keen to stay playing in this type of team and it’s clear the Roosters don’t want Teddy past 2025. I know he’s ageing and slowing down, but I still think his presence would be of great benefit and in addition Luai would be a magnet to help sign others such as Angus Crichton and Royce Hunt etc
I think the Roosters would be very tempted to release Teddy early in return for Bula and Galvin.

Possibly. Personally I would like to see club hold Galvin to his contact. We have had too many cases of players and their managers agitating for and getting early releases. If every player with ability only wants to play for "premiership heavyweights" you don't have much of a competition.

When JL arrives, I think Galvo will reconsider. His whole playing environment will improve 500% overnight.

Not to mention the personality factor which JL has in spades. Made some mistakes, but he’s through that now.

Richo also knows how extraordinary he is. One of the best players in the world and will be for a long time.

Galvo won’t get a better playing partner, impossible and I think he’ll see that.

Galvin aside, imagine if we secured Brandon Smith (to play lock, backup hooker) & Josh Schuster on low coin for 2nd row.
