The best thing about today?

The try he set up for Api, a lot of players would have messed that up by kicking to the corner, or throwing a long pass. It was obvious that the play was to put it into the in-goal, but it’s easy to say that from your lounge room. To actually be in the moment as a player, and have the composure to slow down, sum up the situation and execute showed class beyond his years. The combination he’s forming with Fainu on the left edge is something to behold.
Yeh it was veteran type stuff you'd see from a rep Level half with10+ years nrl exp
Reminded me of Darren Smith

Agree. His decision making is classy. Rarely see him hit the wrong guy. 10 year vets still do routinely.

Galvin is definitely world class but Latu is defs not in Sullivan territory. Just remember how talented all these Fainu bros are & that Latu was dubbed as the best one poor kid has just been unlucky with injuries.
Yep, the criminal brother was the No.1 Hooker at Manly so they sure have a pedigree for talent

Where’s he going to be play? Please don’t say the halves. There’s no way you can move Galvin.
No one knows what the future lies but Latu isn’t someone we should be letting go. I have no doubt if given the chance he’ll kill it just like Galvin has been. You have to remember Latu was the most hyped half coming through even over Galvin & that wasn’t for no reason.

Galvin’s jersey to lose. Provided Galvin wants to stay it’ll probably be Latu agitating for a release next if he can’t crack first grade in 25/26. Hard to release Sezer too if he plays like he did today. See what happens with injuries, these are good head aches to have.

Obviously you can’t move Galvin out of the 6 jersey with his current form but i’d really love to see how we’d go with Latu at 6 & Galvin at 12 or 13.

After tonight's win we just need to win 9 more of 10 games to make the 8 (9 wins 18 pts 1 BYE left plus current 12 pts. = 32)

BTW Does anyone know when our last game which had been a BYE was switched to the 2nd last Round with our last game now vs Parra. Now wouldn't that be a game for all seasons to make the 8! BRING IT ON kids!
2nd last round was always a bye for us I'm pretty sure

I’m as excited by Galvin as anyone. I’m excited by his running game, his energy, his defence and his composure.

His kicking game is okay. The kick to Api today was good because of his composure, the kick itself got a lucky bounce which also helped

I truly hope that he has the passing game that an elite 6 needs. I’m not yet convinced. Hence I can see him as a 13, like a Cam Murray.

i admire your dreams but we are not there yet.

Galvin looks the goods but I can't help but feel that just like Mitchell Moses he is doing a warm up with us for his time in an Eels jersey.

I'd be delighted if he stayed and he becomes successful with our club, but I'd stop short of considering him a "Tigers Junior". He's brilliant but there are always more kids coming through our abundance of Juniors and we should never forget that.

As good as good as it was, we dropped the ball for awhile there.

Douhie to the rescue to salvage the innings. Brilliant intercept and some legs.

I’m glad for the brothers at CSS, had your own LO and richly deserved.

Looking at what the Titans achieved this weekend, should give us some more hope for the year.

The best thing was the youngsters still on the go and beating the Raiders who are a very well coached mostly competent outfit.

Thanks to the forum members who made the trek. The team relishes the crowds and your passion as do I.

Best thing was, with a no name forward pack, we bashed them hard and our backs contested the bomb on every 5th tackle in the first half.

It put them under immense pressure and it won us the game. Some individual moments of brilliance, but we never really let them get into the game until we were a man down.

Porter and Sione Fainu unsung heroes today. Both played well considering they have been in reserves all season.

Doueihi made a great comeback.

Lots to like. Roosters won't be as easy, but hopefully we can compete the same way we did today.

I think sione fainu deserves a huge rap aswell his ball playing from 13 was great. Digging rite into the line then nailing the pass back to the half’s

benjis decision to get stefano back out there as moment was turning was a master stroke aswell
