Penalties are 2-6. We’re conceding a penalty about once every five sets. We’re getting one for every eleven of our sets. This is not the first time this type of discrepancy has happened. I absolutely believe there’s a preconception that we’re a team that the referees need to keep in line.

Fair go mate. My take is that we are unable to match it defensively, lose the ruck, miss tackles and therefore have to hold players down for longer. This leads to more penalties, more short-cuts and more sin bins unfortunately.
