Olam's Send Off

Typical over-reach that the Bunker should not be used for.

Will they send someone off for it in the first week of finals?

No.

Therein lies the unconscious bias against our club.

you pass you score YOU GET IT OUT the backline, its about GRIT, CURAGE NOT pretty boys back when i was a prop back in the day we survived on grit and sometimes only had 1 chiko role a day and even ones in the dirt tasted good some times a prefab scallop round and chewy We never had shit and lived on the smell of an oily rag FFS these days the kids are soft and more worried about hair do's than smashing it up them middle like a piston eating coco pops for breakfast how can you be fit eating cocopops the games going backwards and nobody cares NOBODY CARES its as simple as you pass you score dont over complicate things with stupid rules bring back the hard days where men were men i couldnt give 2 shits and had mustaches FFS, like kerry Hemsley they dont make en like kerry any more party down the back business up the front how a man should be a bit of length IS NOT BAD, Its how men were thousands of years agho there was no hairdressers back then they had to use shells but FFS WE ARE MOVING AWAY from what the ARL is all about and thats tuffness guys like Stefano the pillow couldnt tear there way out of a wet pie bag FFS theres no real men and all the clubs are dying NOBODY CARES look at the mighty magpies i never recovered when the terrible day happernd FFS those bastads i was at home and herd the nmews we were gone i cried for 2 weeks and funny you mention that parramatter cheats. any wests suoporters here they were the days we were the champions the mighty mighty magpies tommy was a real man anyway message to all clubs and the ARL FFS stop molly codling these kids thats why there injured first game feed em a pie and coke and bash em anybody remember those days haha its funny you said that i was just there last week you pass you score and let the big pistons do the dirty work and punch it up the middle
 
Unfortunately like many things in the game today what used to be acceptable just isn’t anymore,
The thing that gets me is the attacking player didn’t get hurt at all, jumped up and straight away asking for penalty,
Surely if a player is hit with such force to the head/neck area that results in a send off you would suspect that attacking player would require a HIA examination.
Obviously not last night.
What our players especially centre & wingers need to change rushing up and in or we will see this happening over and over again usually being a sin bin or worse like last night a send off.

I’m not sure what people are seeing.
Am I going blind.
That shot is AFTER the initial contact from Olam’s shoulder colliding with Luki’s shoulder.

If he was rising up in contact and leading with his shoulder. Why then in the photo above is his right shoulder bent back further then his left?
 
There is far too much doubt in this to send it off straight away. If this happens in a game that matters even a little bit, it's not even a sin bin. It's not an anti- Tigers agenda, it's incompetence and lack of care of bottom 4 teams.

Payten complained about this 4 years ago ironically..
 
This report says Luki left the field for a HIA and didn’t return? I thought he continued to play in the match?
Maybe Payten used it as an opportunity to bring a fresh Finiafiuaki into the play without wasting an interchange.
Wonder what HIA he got graded at.

Knew immediately that he was gone, but 10 in the bin would have most likely been it for many other players/sides.

I think "I'll get you Butler" was going to just go with a penalty at first but who ever was in the bunker was in his ear pretty quick.

It was Klein of course,Nth Queenslands favourite bunkerman.The man who get's them wins against us they don't deserve

I thought Jared took it well considering the situation and the enormity of the hit.
Had Dwyer managed a full career, Hargraves would have gotten him back a few times over. Would have been an interesting side drama.

Get him booked into surgery now and start his pre season.

He has been a failed signing this season, really wish the club didn’t hope on a player v due diligence. Shows we haven’t changed in the recruitment front on this.
