He was, at the Panthers this year.
Anyone got much info on Tino Tevana ? I know he’s had a few wraps coming through the Wests Magpies junior reps and has reportedly been going well as fullback for our Jersey Flegg team this season. What’s his main strengths as I have only seen one Flegg game early this season and he didn’t play.
Hes been solid this year once he was switched to fb. Good under the high ball, doesn’t mind helping out with the tough carries and has decent pace from what I’ve seen. Has a few flaws in his game like positioning around fb and when he’s on the wing he does jam in a few times but they’re things he can work on going forward. Excited to see how he goes.

You need effort players like Twal and Porter head down bum up workers, Players who give 100% for no reward.
Porter had 0 metres from 0 runs in the first half last week. Effort player?
He wouldn’t make NRL with any other team, but at the moment we need to pick him, he should be bench only though.
Hopefully next year he’s a Reggie.

Do they though, porter more than a few times caught out in defence and offers little ti nothing in attack. Twal sits in the defence line no line d as peed and causes the toll on. Don’t agree with your summation on there positives!

How many tackles Porter made last week?
No runs for no metres in the first half last game.
About 23 tackles and 3-4 misses. Not enough to make up for his lack of effort in A.
Should never have been picked for that game after the worst game of his life the week before that in reggies. And should have been dropped for this game after last weeks lack of effort.
This is what makes people think Benji doesn’t watch lower grades.

Make people think or does he go to junior games. Pretty simple.

You don’t need to go to every game to know who’s performing and who is not, but it sure would help to be attending the majority of games. I personally don’t know how many games he attends, so I can only say what I would expect a NRL head Coach would do, and having a very good knowledge of all his and other players current performances would be high on the list of my expectations.

Not really - In NSW cup it's clear Naden is the most talented player in that side and also the one who puts in the most effort. In reality he deserves to be in the nrl side over Faatape and Luke
The difference between him in reggies and firsts is quite amazing to me. Nado looks quite the player in reggies, but loses his tiny mind in firsts.

34-0 down at halftime. Make no mistake, this is a different roosters side from the one we played a month ago. They belted a much stronger Manly team 58-6 last week. They would give our first grade a run for their money. Supreme athletes from 1-17. By contrast, we're a team of unconditioned midgets.

Every one has been poor but special mention to Bud, Casey and Broerderlow who has been exceptionally bad.

I'd give Naden 4/10. The rest are 2 or less. This club is so far behind the pack it's not funny. It's unfair to single out Nick Mougios but he deadset looks like he was plucked out of Group 8.

I’d say Bud’s motivation levels are zero knowing he won’t get selected for NRL no matter what he does.
Same goes for Naden, but not sure what the excuse is for the rest of them.
But as we know when your teams halfback is unmotivated and doesn’t want to be there it is very hard for the team to function,

What is your honest opinion of our top 30 contracted players for 2025 in Feledy, Kit Laulilli and Sukkar ?
Would you persist with players such as Bailey Hodges and Cayne Nicholas maybe on train & trial deals for 2025 ?

He’s not doing himself any favours then attracting interest from other NRL clubs. Unless Richo can produce a miracle, we may be stuck with him as our $500k NSW Cup halfback.
