Olam's Send Off

Defending the Olam charge at the judiciary has nothing to do with any perceived "raw deal" or history of copping bad decisions.

Richo will not be grandstanding about past wrongs - or even mounting the defence!

We'll employ a lawyer to represent Olam at the judiciary to argue that the charge/punishment is too harsh based on the specific mechanics of this tackle and seek a downgrade - nothing more and nothing less...

Do you understand how the judiciary/court process works?

Imagine turning up to court to defend a speeding charge - and then venting to the magistrate about all the unfair fines you've received for speeding "for years"...

Do you reckon that would go well??
For god sake , do u have to take everything to heart , of course he can only plea the charge , BUT there is always the interview going in before the hearing and after the hearing to push ur point , I would be surprised if there’s not a massive amount of reporters there for this , that’s the time to play ur cards

Injuries wise Simon Dwyer was a huge miss. He would have been a regular forward, poor kid.

The other one that gets me is Taniela Tuiaki ... Man that kid was probably one of the games best wingers till he got injured. LOVED watching him play and score.
Different fortunes if these 2 played longer. Missed them both - but in their short time gave us plenty of highlights and memories.

I took the screenshot.

The sequence of the images were such that this is where he first makes contact, the images prior are as the two are approaching contact. The chin and cheek then swing downwards and to Luki's right in a whiplash motion, making contact with the upper trap and top of Olam's shoulder.

Besides, you made the assertion that this shot was 'after the initial contact' , meaning that it is up to you to prove your assertion.

It's not up to me to disprove what you, incorrectly, assert to be true.

That's not how discussions work, simpleton.

Richo loves to take a strong stance and needs to come out swinging here saying bottom teams are kept at the bottoms by refs etc.

It's all well and good swiping at a player leaving which does nothing in the long run but come and make your presence known here like Payten did 4 years ago. The next year they were top 4.

We all know Refs aren't the reason we are running last but start to get that going in the media. What have we got to lose? Can't come 18th for at least 2 more years..

I know we make dumb mistake’s & I can often defend the refs against us but this season we aren’t being treated fairly by the refs.

It started with the Api no try (every try exactly the same since has been a try) and since then been costly most games.

I wonder actually if Api &/or some of our players really rub the refs up the wrong way as such dish out harder punishment.
This has been going on for years.
Robbie always used to get called out by the refs.
I think whatever the prior history is with us vs the refs is not going away anytime soon.

My parents are from USA, they know little about nrl but watching our games, even they have started to see the rough calls we get from the officials.

Especially the 6 mores against us while other teams continually being in front of the refs.
It’s draining to watch and eventually breaks our team.

When you consider how many points we have had scored against when we have had twelve or 11 men then it certainly has helped to cement our position. Must be nice for opposing teams to know that there is a good chance that not only do we come in weakened with suspensions on top of injuries but chances are we will spend part of most games with 12 men. There is a reason coaches have their players throw their hands up in the air every time we make a tackle. We have rarely picked the same team two weeks in a row and hasn't been just due to injuries.

The annoying thing for me is that in a lot of these games we were competitive. Then the sin bin killed us. E.g. it was 14-18 when the Olam bin occurred. We had all the momentum.

Anusly needs a severe kick in the anal region and be shown the door, sick and tired of him coming out with bullshit and making up shit that doesn't even exist in the rule book and making out like it's some well known fact that is set in stone.

Just piss off now ya' arse wipe and take your short whistle with ya'.

We’ll see who the simpleton is after the case is heard at the judiciary.
So you’re saying he makes contact with Lukis dropping head from a whiplash motion.
What caused the whiplash motion I wonder? Was it initial contact that you might of missed? Hmmmm
