I was initially a big fan of the possibility of signing Tallis Duncan as he nearly always hits top speed quickly when running the bal, shows ability to play as a first receiver style 13 and his defensive stats always look very good.
But when watching him closely his defence is predominantly arm grabbing, very minimal hard shoulder impact and he is a very lazy defender often not making any effort to get back in the defensive line or work from marker which was evident when Talyn Da Silva went straight past him a few times recently.
I would now steer clear of him as he has too many areas of his game that need a lot of improvement, we have plenty of our own in that scenario, our new recruits need to be more complete players.

I think the message rich sent about strengthening all grades is something to keep in mind here. Some of the players we end up being linked to are going to be for cup so we shouldn't jump up and down until we know
