Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Very good TSP. Interesting observation, I've seen
Some similar things at my local plaza & westfields,
Sign of the times or personal responsibility & morality
In decline? I'm not sure. I spoke with a friend at BWS
and the protocol is let thieves go & mark it down
as a loss - the cops don't even go to the store, it's
all done remotely due to it happening so often. They
have good insurance, they don't care. The duopoly
with woolies & Coles pushed out all the mum & pop
stores & milk bars out haha, recording record profits
I need to refill my bar , so BWS just lets u take what u want , I will grab a few mates and we we stock up .
U know this has been happening in the USA for ages , now it’s coming here , labour and the greens pushing this

Don't want to turn this thread political mate I'll park
it here, but it's not a L vs R situation in my honest
opinion. The state is quick to turn people against
1 another, the in-fighting doesn't fix shit unfortunately,
Just shifts responsibility. The people always suffer smh

If the state didn't turn people against each other they know people won't be distracted and start to see the political elite for what they are. Give the people their circuses and bread.

Dopey had an OUTSTANDING final six games of the season.

3 missed tackles. 73m, 92m, 128m, 146m, 115m & 66m while playing 27, 29, 39, 34, 26 & 24 minutes in order for each game.

It's ok though. We got Royce Hunt.

5 missed tackles. 49m, 76m, 77m, 78m, 58m & 53m while playing 20, 34, 16, 21, 33 & 24 minutes, over the same period of time.
Sounds like Fitzgibbon kept Roycey nice and fresh for us

That seems right.

My friends brother supplies Aldi with a product and they are ruthless with his wholesale price. It’s like they won’t let him move up next level income wise, so he has a few side projects.

I still think the average Aussie, despite struggling a bit more these days, wants to be generous to the genuine poor and needy, but there’s ways and means of going about it I guess.

Against that, the amount of food and stuff these big chains throw out instead of last minute discounting is shocking.

Doesn’t justify stealing, but they could be a bit more thoughtful and generous to supplier and customer.

That day will never come in our life time.

Mate if you’re justifying those performances through stats you’re kidding yourself !
What about slow play the balls , missed tackles stats involve actual contact first . Slow play the balls not counted as well .
I honestly think twal can do the same job if given the same amount of game time . And Hunt can provide impact off the bench .
That last game , was a “I’m waiting out the front to drive you to the airport” level performance . Anybody who argues any differently hasn’t been paying attention this year . His talent is there sure , but either he’s a massive softy , or he quit on the team this year because his desire to fight through contact to find his front and then get a play the ball was basically non existent .

plus he wanted double

On another note four players charged , one suspended and 3 fined , and quess who was suspended the player who’s team got knocked out , the other 3 get to play next week . NRL are a joke

All is fair and above board under Anusley and his administration just ask him and he will tell you.He has the typical politician's approach, different rules for different people and clubs

You may not like the answer...

Play of the ball speed for the last 6 games each:

Hetherington vs Cowboys = 2.93s
Hetherington vs Dolphins = 3.05s
Hetherington vs Titans = 3.01s
Hetherington vs Souths = 3.32s
Hetherington vs Sharks = 2.54s
Hetherington vs Tigers = 2.53s

Hunt vs Storm = 3.73s
Hunt vs Manly = 3.7s
Hunt vs Warriors = 2.71s
Hunt vs Dragons = 4.06s
Hunt vs Knights = 3.52s
Hunt vs Titans = 3.31s

Alex Twal
vs Eels 35min 51m 2.42s 22 tackles 1 missed
vs Manly 44min 126m 3.42s 19 tackles 2 missed
vs Souths 40min 123m 3.68s 22 tackles 1 missed
vs Knights 33min 54m 3.18s 21 tackles 0 missed
vs Cowboys 25min 50m 3.76s 21 tackles 0 missed
vs Warriors 41min 56m 3.29s 34 tackles 0 missed

Please don't think I'm against Twal starting. I even suggested Twal & Klemmer starting not long ago. But he plays significantly more minutes for less metres & slower play of the balls. His tackling is outstanding & the reason I'd play him. I'd even be happy with him going back to #13.

But, I don't think he's better than Hetherington. I also don't think Hunt is better than Pole or Hetherington.
