If Madge takes over the Broncos and is successful it will prove that all the dysfunctionality and poor performances from this Concord based club is not the result of anyone single
Coach or Manager but more to do with the whole place being a hot bed of politics with a divided factions over many years .
Just look at how well so many ex tigers have done elsewhere

I think there was enough noise to suggest Maguire tried to set standards but there was pushback from everywhere including a portion of the playing group. Always find it amusing the players that move on and then bang on about the level of fitness and standards set at other clubs.

The Broncos cap sounds like it's a real mess. Too much money tied up in Walsh and Haas who have both been off the field as much as they have been on and a whole lot of other players thinking they are worth more.

For all that talk Storm have recruited some of the worst characters in footy. Just off the top of my head Lodge, Romelo, Taumata, Scott, Smith all were known for off field indiscretions before arriving at Storm (and after).
