and why would this be a problem?

the Balmain Tigers have been dead for more than a decade …

the 10% they still own of the club was a gift they didn’t deserve

Is that some kind of rule?
If so that is ridiculous, are we not looking for the best candidate's? What if the best candidate identifies as an in between? Are we chromosome testing? We probably should be, Fruit Pascals was missing something?

Some of the more successful clubs don’t have a like-branded reserve grade team, I couldn’t care less what reserve grade are called, our priority is getting First Grade right. I’d also pull out of NRLW until it’s no longer Micky Mouse.

That used to be the call (And the go to excuse for all the pre-merger hangers on)
But one by one, They're all switching over to be uniform through all grades.
Roosters, Parra, Dragons, Manly all in ressies in the last 10 or so years.

I think any kid in the system, anywhere, in any grade should be playing for the Wests Tigers...
I've spoken recently to a female in our Junior pathways - And she lit up when she'd
tell you she's playing for the Wests Tigers.
Affiliate clubs just aren't the same thing when selling the dream to kids.

I think the club has lost sight of its main aim over time, some BS about enriching the community. That little girl gonna break our finals drought?
