Work with his uncle,,, he said that Gould flew up and spoke with him and family over dinner.
Titans played him one game short for a 50k bonus last year, he and assist coach not seeing eye to eye, and Campbell Gillard added signing
He will be a bulldog apparently.

I had a look at his stats last night, nothing to really
write home about but still young. In terms of his
development as a league player, he's probably
about 2 years short of Fonua, who he reminds me
of a bit playing style wise. Gus is light in the forward
pack so he'd do well to get Leo Thompson/and or
Pahalu. We took everyone Gus wanted the bludger

as far as I'm concerned i'd be fine with us making him come back for 20 minutes.
he is playing by the rules so there's nothing wrong with the tigers doing the same.

That’s not how organizations work. It’s not reasonable and can be seen as bullying, particularly if the agenda is to get him off our books.

If the rules stipulate he needs to be back on a certain date, whether that's 5 days or 1 day before they break - then he needs to follow the rules.
Do the tigers get the luxury of calling what Bateman is doing as bullying? considering he has no intention of returning? No because he's playing by the rules.

I actually agree that it's probably best for both parties if he doesn't return, as from all reports the relationship sounds untenable. In saying that, making him come back for 1 day before xmas is incredibly petty given he has been in England.

Bahaha I’m the opposite of woke…

As an employer, playing the game or not, I dont think it’s reasonable to expect an employee to fly across the world for 1 day before you break again for a few weeks for Xmas. What would the club achieve? Other team mates see how you treat other team members. You need to collaborate with your employees rather than alienate them.

It appears that Benjis way or the high way has backed tigers into a corner with this one.

It’s all speculation though.

If Bateman is due back on a certain date then he is due back , but flying across the world for one day then going back so he can spend time with his family is a bit ruff and as said others would see this and go geezus that’s a stinker , but I’ve heard on hear the players association has confirmed he is not due back until after Xmas , again only hear say , maybe Richo can clarify it or Benji can clarify it at some point , Benji was all over what’s been said about him and John is false , no blow up etc , I gotta a feeling Benji has said to John you play like that again ( poorly and il drop you , John said we il,be next to half the team then if that how it is , Stef , John , Sezer , Naden , API at times , all played shit

He could also just spend Xmas with the in-laws, and I’m sure his uk family would understand.

Company's.do this everywhere when they wanna.get rid of someone... If said someone wants to make waves the waves coming back from management can be twice as bad.
No one players bigger than the club
