But karma is not always related to an effect in this life - it maybe that your karmic influence ( the cause) has it's effects in a future rebirth/life.

My Nan used to call you a dill if you did something stupid or you weren’t working with a full picnic basket. I think of that every time I hear the name Dylan, especially when it’s shortened to Dyl. 😎

More than 12 months on from a bloody boardroom coup which led to Lee Hagipantelis' exit as chair of the club, the Tigers on Wednesday announced a new-look board.
Former NSW Premier Barry O'Farrell, who has served as the Tigers' interim chair for the past year, is one of four independent directors alongside Paralympian Annabelle Williams and business leaders Charlie Viola and Michelle McDowell.
They join existing board members representing Balmain (Danny Stapleton), Western Suburbs (Stephen Montgomery) and the Holman Barnes Group (Dennis Burgess), which has itself been embroiled in boardroom drama.

He is like the Dave Warner of 2nd rowers. When on top he's good. When the going gets tough he gets lazy.
Better than what we have but still think he's overpriced.
Hasn’t been the case for a few years now.
If it was a chance we would be bonkers to not chase him.

“It’s well publicised that Dylan has an option in his contract that expires in round 10,” O’Neill said.
“We wanted to be proactive and get a resolution earlier and preferably before the season begins.
“Dylan is happy at the club, he has been here since he was 16 and we have put a lot of time into Dylan during his career and we are confident he is going to stay and have a great season.”

Is there a chance this is api’s second last season, or he could shift to 14 with TDS 9 in 2027 with a new contract if we get close to a premiership. Or are people confident he’s got one more contract in him
