I reckon we'll get a members email tomorrow that Klemmer has been released then another one on Monday that Olam is being medically retired and then one more (let's say Thursday) that Taylan May has signed on.

As for the backrow, I personally don't hate Twal and Bird sharing the lock role with Twal shoring up the middle in defence for 20min and then Bird coming on to add some dynamic. BUT what I saw from Seyfarth last week showed me we need a genuine starting 2nd-row option with Seyfarth off the bench as cover. Hope he has a blinder on Sunday and proves me wrong.

I thought Seyfatth might be on the improve last year but am really disappointed so far through trials and the first game… and he was captain in a trial!

More clutch than luai

Luai is a leader in attitude.

His game ability can be fade in/fade out. More like GI in that respect or Thurston, comes in and wins some games... near Awol in others.

He clearly could pay halfback at Penrith, with Yeo and others making space for him to do so. Just like Ivan had the team make space for Nathan Cleary. ... Man Ivan's coaching has really developed his son a lot. When Nathan started it seemed all he did was 5th tackle kicks and field position, which really tuned his game.

It's also why I think Luai can be a halfback. He has that command and a better leadership attitude then Benji IMHO.

I'm interested how Oryn Keeley goes tonight for the Dolphins. Not sure what side he'll be on but he'll be up against either KPP or Lucas so a good test either way.

Once Finefeuiaki & Lemuelu return from injury, he'll drop down their pecking order again I'd say.

I watched & was not impressed probably why he was replaced in 2nd half. Seyfarth is 10 times the player of Keeley.

Looking at our team list, it is 50/50 forwards and backs now. But in the forwards there is no big name bar Terrell May.

Flip it Flippedy. Terrell May, assuming he doesn't play in the front row is a Gun. A genuine Gun of a player.
No we shouldn't hire more backs as we have it covered, But gun players speak for themselves. Were putting Toa back in at Center and that's evidence enough that we need a real first grade back.

Tyrone fits that in Ability.
Tyrone does NOT fit that in Attitude.

We really need to sign forwards, but we really need to start winning some games so good forwards actually come here.

Dogs have got a couple sneaky hard nosed 2rf in reserve grade sitting behind kikau and the other one.. Harry Hayes and Jack Todd I think 🤔 look like real goers.. defensive oriented

We need to secure a hard running 80 minute back rower to replace Klemmer , and we also need to secure Taylan May for centre then go find the best young prop or Lowrie from dragons and secure him for 2 years , we have heaps of players who are free to go after 25 , more spots come available , we need to get into the top 8/10 this season and away we go

I posted the MSN article where it confirms the Dragons' winger to Souths allows Klemmer to be brought into their 30. 10 News last night confirmed Klemmer will be with the Dragons this weekend.

I had someone argue with me that he gives 100% every game, will chase every kick and dive on every loose ball… that’s all well and good but pointless if you have the impact of a wet tissue. At some point we need a bit more
