Galvin doesn't like failure. Maybe that's why he wants out. He had a good childhood. Full of love. May brothers need a 2nd chance. No love. Perfect fit for us right now.
 
They get bagged if they sign blokes on long contracts that are passed their best re Cleary visit - and get bagged if they try to secure their young talent before someone else does.
The fact is their is only so much talent good enough to win a premiership and good luck finding anyone who thinks this squad or any squad at this club since 2012 is even close to being good enough to do it - which means that there has to be movement in the squad. If that means moving on players that are passed their best or want out, to retain/buy players that offer growth so be it.
St George Parramatta Penrith and Roosters have all moved on quality players to manage their cap it's not unique to us. A wooden spoon squad is not going to miraculously rise to be
a contender without change.

Exactly .. I would be happy for Ivan Cleary to come back, papoenhausen , Harry Grant and Api would do well together .. damn .. we need to stop being bloody morality police and ethics officers and run a successful footy club staffed by 18-35 y olds living life and a percentage will make mistakes that can be learnt from while remaining in their careers .. a lot of people seem to want people punished to the point of taking everything from them.. redemption, rehabilitation and wisdom are essential to a community and its members

We could fit him in somewhere.. I’m greedy like that, I think champion teams often have players playing a role that strengthens the team in a position that is not their usual one .. NSW used to put Fittler to centre in order to play Daley at 5/8 or even lock , same as Daley at centre or John’s at hiooker to play Kimmorley or Gower at half .. I realise this is an unusual comparison but I rate Dylan and feel he improves any footy team.. I think Wests will have to get creative soon to get Latu and Galvin in the run on 13 as I believe they are both in our best 13. I think they are in our top 8 players really …. I view Galvin as potentially a millenial version of Bradley Clyde or Steve Menzies in a way., perhaps with a touch of Nik Kosef even .. meaning I think Galvin is a lock and the sooner he is coached, trained and played as one the better. I feel that playing in that position will showcase all of his potential as well as allowing him to better untlise the talents and strengths he does possess.

Seeing a little bit of the newcastle game, We clearly put the effort in, but again get gassed after 60 minutes. One big problem was missed tackles, the knights seemed to be able to continue their plays.

I mean I take your point, we need to loose cap weight from signing players on overs. Just if the cost of that we become a pounding ball (and in the front row, any injury now would be very detrimental) then forget 2025.

i don't see a winning team today. Nor do i expect it this year (bottom 8) smiley face. Patiance. If Benji has roped these kids in (people 4get) its a youth rebuild ,how long that takes or how many of them stick around 4 unders??? is a guess .2 me the club ,with most of the grades can become a force, fingers x'd.Who gives a rat ,win ,loose ,we still be shooting banter here

Just the lame tackle technique of trying to catch the ball and hold it when the runner goes near him is ridiculous.. he loses every collision and post contract and often they offload as well .. puts us on the back foot every set and also means that they get so confident in attack as they have no fear of being whacked or thrown to the ground .. it need to stop for us to be a team that ever dominates a game and enjoy a dominating win

So far I have not seen any of the impact or potential that he displayed last season and it doesn't even look like that is him out there with that hair.

It’s been 1 trial and 35 mins for a 19 y old hooker playing in a Wooden spoon team. He can only do so much .. his passes are excellent , his timing and the way he brings them o to the ball is pure class , he is tough and willing and apparently bleeds black white and gold .. Tallyn could be anything and is the type of person you build a club around .. he is mates with them all as well

....plus he saved more than a few tries. This was all from 21 games.
He wasnt excellent, Id love to see more receipts, more passing, more try assists and less errors, but he earned his money IMO.
