LIVE GAME Round 5 v Broncos

The team played well and didn't deserve that scoreline. Seemed like the Broncos were handed 24 points and the Tigers had 6 points taken away. The teamended up taking risks trying to chase the Broncos. Thought the first Broncos try was 40/60 try/no-try with that put down. Second broncos try looked like a double movement and the obvious forward pass. There 24 points given to the Broncs! As usual the penalty count was squared up when the game was over. Tigers were getting hits to the head in the first 30mins which weren't actioned by the refs.
 
All I can say in the broncs members area they were not confident and neither was Madge behind me till try 2nd try after halftime. Latu staying off was a big difference. Not saying we would have won - but the first 3 missed goals, no try first try and Reynolds brilliance in the last 10 of the first half was a massive difference. I thought Sukkar live was impressive. Royce should really only on the field when we are on front foot - defence was what we needed. He was very good for about 5 mins. Not sure how long Sukkar played?

What I did get out of today is the criticality of Galvin to our attack,and disappointment with Latu tbh..
Got beaten by 20+...always plenty of excuses,but I certainly woukldnt be extending Benjis contract atm
Why 3 different goalkickers for first 3 shots..?Why bring Royce on in 49th minute ..why kick on early tackles consistently and burn our defence..?
 
I hate to blame refereeing, and need to rewatch the game, but first try thoughts? We missed three goals ..: let Doihie kick if he is ok! Bula should have dummied and score under the posts - god he passed that ball too soon and slowed up to early. The firat 2nd half try? Dummy
Half was very touch and go. We hold that up and despite Reynolds and go in half time in front. Look, I said if we are in the game and score points against a star studded roster I will be happy. Save the 16 second penalty it is 20 points against a premiership fav. Laui is our most important player. Was he there at the game? Once latu came off we were out of it. He played well save for his first kick. We did pretty well against a great forward pack for most of the game. Sukkar should have played more minutes and I think Royce was poorly used. Benji was very excited until 60 mins in. Live I thought latu might come back, must have been a decent knock
