OFFICIAL Lachlan Galvin #277 *Released* Career Discussion.

Galvin having a 7 x dot pot grievance list of issues with Benji....

And he thinks Jason Ryles, rookie head coach with just 1 win to his name

Or

Anthony Seibold, a guy who got pushed out of the Broncos and landed at Manly and hasn't ever been respected as a decent coach...

Are going to develop him, better !?

I know it's been said...
It's all laughable & so dishonest.

No wonder Richo said, let me stop you there.
Let's end it here.
The 19 year old with 7 dot point grievance list for the CEO, says it all doesn't it.

Also does anyone else find it odd that DCE randomly asked for a release last off season the same time as Galvin? Sounds like a coincidence until you remember this manager is also looking after the coach at manly & would have inside info about what was happening… Just speculation obviously but the NRL has to take some of the power away from agents IMO
While neither asked for a release, they have both just 'notified that they will quit'..

Yes the timing is, interesting.

I suspect though it's just Galvin making himself available now, before clubs lock up DCE...

You know what... Right on.

Ok Jason Ryles, needs more time. Parra was coming 16th, it's a rebuild...But clearly they are not really looking good... Even Parra will gives Ryles till almost the end of the year to turn things around... Dead set right though I wouldn't jump that way.

Manly aren't going for Galvin, but yea Siebold is a joke of a coach. Manly wisely though put key people around him and that worked.

Flip it...
Trent Robertson has actually righted Easts, don't like them but I will recognise good work when I see it. Wayne is at Souths and Walker looks like he will retire soon.
Ricky, Ciraldo, etc. There are good experienced coaches out there and I get how they may look better then Benji. ...

For 5/8 though? You have Benji + Luai + GI also 'around' the club. If I was the next Payne Haas, Cameron Smith or Tedesco, I get it I would leave. 5/8 though were probably the best club in the comp for teaching key skills.

But why is it better for Moses to get him away from the tigers? Won’t he out want a happy client? Are the agents incentivised by the clubs to work in their favour?
There’re a number of ways Moses can benefit from this. It gives him and his company significant exposure. He manages to sign some of the games most elite talents not despite his reputation but because of it. He uses his clients like pawns in a chess game, moving players to clubs that scratch his back and screwing over clubs that don’t play his game. Unfortunately, many players and their families are easy prey for someone like Moses. Someone with his skills can manipulate players into thinking they will be happier elsewhere and making it seem like they made the decision.

Absolutely love how the players are responding to this

Luai and Api will face the media on Thursday. Really excited to see what they say.
It will be fine and polite "yea it's news, our focus is on winning the 2025 comp".

Man I would love it for Luai or Api just to mix it up a bit. "Yea, it's not the best news... but my focus is the hot blonde reporter in the 3rd row. Are you available tonight?"

I wonder if we can swap him with Manly and get the Large brothers back?
Which is exactly why I don't think he is going to Manly.

Galvin is NOT a replacement for DCE. Doubtful too that Fogarty + Galvin is the combo they are seeking with Large and co around.

Souths, Easts (except Moses) and Parra make sense. The Dogs would have to rewrite their roster and they wont' do that for Galvin. ... Galvin is a Parra boy and he will toil at the bottom of the table with them.

Very well could - just clarifying I’m not saying it’s mail from my end he’s going bulldogs but that does seem the talk around town.

I also wouldn’t put too much stock into what Kenty says, he’s just trying to create buzz around his new podcast with takes like that.
Kenty knows Eels and has been right about this saga for a while now. Very adamant about it and given they have massive cap space with brown leaving dogs won’t pay.
He’s not a 7 and can’t play with Burton. Dogs team is too good to tinker with.
