OFFICIAL Lachlan Galvin #277 *Released* Career Discussion.

No , but I feel it may have been made up to test Richo , manager says to Richo , hears why we are going , 1 to 7
Coach this
Coach that
Coach can’t
Gets to point 7 and Richo says well what do you want us to do to get Galvin to sign , manager I have another NRL coach ready to take over for you , coach X is chomping at the bit , just dump Benji and we sign Gal and a new coach , Richo holds firm at point 3 knowing where it’s going and tells Mossses to piss off
Moses manages Blake Green I think. NRL coach in waiting. Wouldn’t put it past Moses to sh!tcan a coach he doesn’t get on with to create a landing spot for one he manages.

We are already paying a little bit of Sullivan's salary to pay for the Rabbitohs and you want Galvin who might be on $400k or so to just sit in reserve grade when we can literally sell him next year to someone for $700k+ and use that salary to buy a centre or a backrower?

I'm all for sticking it to Galvin but doing it at the team's expense is literally the opposite of Team First mentality.

We are playing Douehi at halfback this week, a guy who hasn't played halfack every in his NRL career and the last time he played in the halves was probably 2 years ago.

The narrative will very quickly change from pro-Tigers. Basically, within a day or two, people will see Galvin's side of things (again, Galvin is not wrong for declining the offer). The other side of the coin is that Galvin doesn't want to commit to the team that has come last 3 years in a row and has a coach who clearly doesn't have a resume to be a first grade coach.
Yeah it sounds like a great decision, leave a team on the up for a team that finished 16th last season and is currently 17th. Yep onwards & upwards there for sure. I can’t wait to see him & Mitchell Moses in the battle of the egos.

I wonder if he can produce a long kick that finds the grass while playing NSW Cup.
If I was Benji, I would send him a list of grievances of areas he needs to improve and his kicking game would be high on the list.
Point 2 left to right passing
Point 3 let the set develop with organisation of players around you
Point4 kicks need to stay in the dead ball area and the option communicated to chasers
Point 5 do not push the pass on the first tackle in a new set!
Point 6 be a team player

KPP & Tyson Frizell, that will free up plenty of cap for the Knights moving forward, give us a strike right-side backrower & a great culture leader who can cover middle & edge providing effort and strong defence. This would be immense and finalise our forward pack for '26 if we could pull it off.
I think we only need one high profile forward and any other forward recruitment should be depth quality.
I say this as we have a good quality settled forward pack and and a high profile signing will mean one of them need to miss out on our top 17 when we are full strength.
I think a genuine tackle busting edge back rower completes us in the forwards as that would likely mean Seyfarth goes back to our bench rotation and be used as either a middle or edge forward, depending on injuries.
Ethan Bullemore would be a good signing as plenty on this forum have mentioned, but we have to think who’s position would he be taking ? I’d say he has more quality about him than Seyfarth, but how does that effect our team morale if we demote another local junior who has given his all for the Wests Tigers jersey and has never let us down ?

Frizell is just about rinsed. If we’re talking about fantasy signings, the only two Knights worth taking would be Sharpe or Lucas.

Moses has played this perfectly. He is forcing Galvin to get out of the club one way or another before his contract ends. Be it unattainable behavior, mental health or other means.

Moses knows how to get the outcome he wants

I’m keen to see what the WT try celebrations look like this weekend. I can see a lot of badge slapping and claws out gestures. That might tell us the impact on the team.
"L" on the forehead

Somebody once told me the world is gonna roll me
I ain't the sharpest tool in the shed
He was looking kind of dumb with his finger and his thumb
In the shape of an "L" on his forehead
