I like them cut into pieces battered and cooked in oil or pan with my famous coconut milk curry recipe, yum yum.

Well Steve, I was gonna say " that's a nice bag of Biggers ( that starts with an N ), but we can't be saying that stuff nowadays, can we ?

Went for some bream on the neap tide last night, got a few . . only 1 stud . . . might take a pic tomorrow before filleting them and post it.

You can’t freeze them though. Gotta eat them asap.

The ones you catch out of the ocean are OK to freeze, you just need to keep them alive in a catcher's net and when you clean them blood the bone in the gullet wall well.
Then when you get home fillet and skin them same day, straight into the freezer they keep pretty well.

Anyone got a good squid spot around Middle Harbour. Ideally somewhere between Spit bridge and Davidson Park boat ramp (I think of as Roseville boat ramp).
