When this all broke there were arguments on here 10 pages long of some saying there’s no way he’s going to Parra.
It always made sense he was going to dogs to me, you don’t knock back a mill to go to a club only slightly ahead of us.
Canterbury are on a track for a premiership in the next few years. They just have to finish their recruitment drive.
 
At the end of the day, what does it matter to us if Gus was BS’ing about the Dogs interest. Seriously? How does it affect us? I suppose if you are a Parra fan, you might be entitled to feel a little dirty, but Galvin already said he was leaving. We weren’t in the picture. So what do we care if Gus wants to be cagey about his club’s intentions? Talk about misplaced disgruntlement.

He won't get free reign at the dogs and that's going to stunt his abilities in the NRL.

I am convinced he probably won't play NRL this year and it's all for next year and beyond

And also the “I told you so” narcissistic nonsense . I never believed the eels either . I had it from a reliable source it was Manly he was going to . They were the ones whispering sweet nothings .
I actually don’t think the dogs did start this . I think my mate was right . I just think that time , and the promises they made the Large family got in the way .
But as soon as it came out , I have no doubt Gould went into overdrive . Also he would have been planting all kinds of seeds of doubt when he was “just meeting the Galvin family for Chinese “ .
I think there was just blood in the water and the sharks circled . And gould is the biggest of them all .

That's reasonable, Ink, but many of us probably have little emotional investment in a bloke that was requesting releases almost before even being selected in 1st grade. Seems he never wanted to be here & has behaved poorly in his attempts to get out of the joint.

With respect, WSB, that's rubbish. How has the market been manipulated by Gus' words? What are Dogs paying for Galvin? Probably less than we (reportedly) offered.
 
Isaac Moses shows his class again robbing us and lying to Parra and his nephew Mitchell .. !! Its a perfect match for Galving where he ended up the Dogs .. just shows the class of the guy .. now he's where he belongs with the weak gutted mongrel Dogs .. !! Also we lost Anonio Large and his brother because Galvin and manager wanted him to play 5/8 .. maybe we should see if Antonio wants to return to play 5/8 for us .. ??

But here's one we all can have a laugh out on .. Galvin is quoted saying .. "that Benji couldnt coach him to be the half he wants to be .. and that he couldnt learn anything off Api and Luai" .. well guess who's the Bulldogs half coach is .. hahahahaha ..
