I think it’s just part of the young culture.

My most valuable employee and our social media guru likes and loves posts from my opposition who just happened to leave our company and poach two of my team members to start her own business.

There just doesn’t seem to be any boundaries. When I see it, it hurts so much. She just sees them as friends and wants to support them.
